Enjoy all that Brevard and the surrounding area has to offer from this easily accessible location! This 2 bed, 1 bath cottage is only a 15 minute walk to Main Street, where you can stroll past the shops, library and restaurants without the need to drive or find parking.

Our home is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and tableware, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or playing board games. The living room offers a quaint space to relax, read, or stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Each bedroom includes a dresser, nightstand, and closet for convenient storage, while the renovated bathroom features modern fixtures and bright, welcoming lighting.

Nice stay in the mountains

Squirrel Cottage was a nice place for us to perch while bringing our daughter to Brevard Music School.

This rental was such a gem of a place! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood. I walked to downtown several times and saw the infamous white squirrel. Although this is a dog friendly rental, you would never know because there were no pet smells. There wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner/shower soap, which may have been an oversight, so best to bring your own. There was plenty of coffee and tea provided. I will rent this place again the next time I’m in Brevard!

Had a great stay at Graham’s house. Location was in a quiet neighborhood close to all of the Brevard amenities. I was there to do some road riding and it was easy to access all of the classic rides in the area. The house was quite comfortable with all that I needed for my stay. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Beautiful Brevard Getaway

We had a wonderful week in Brevard. This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to all Brevard has to offer. There is so much to do in the area. We saw white squirrels the very first day!!

Great location for beautiful hiking!

My friend and I had a lovely, comfortable stay in this cozy Brevard home that is very well located for incredible hikes and also for walking into town in the evening. Owner is kind and helpful. Would happily return!

Month-long stay

We stayed in this house for a month while we searched for a long-term rental in town. This was in a great location as far as proximity to town. A quiet street and within walking distance. Well-stocked and clean.

Cozy & Comfotable

This was probably one of my best experiences with staying in a property like this! The house was extremely clean, decorated enough to feel like a home away from home. Graham was easy to communicate with! Overall it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay there again!

Our family has vacationed in Brevard and the surrounding mountains for over 20 years, and in 2019 we had the opportunity to purchase this home from our relatives so we, and our extended family, could continue to enjoy it! The previous owners, my Aunt and Uncle, bought this cottage in 2007 and steadily maintained and upgraded this beautiful 1950's home over the years. We continue to update the cottage while preserving its historic feel. Our goal is to provide a warm welcoming home that anyone can enjoy as we have for many years, and many more to come.
