The Large beautiful suite that is bright with modern decor and great local art. This suite is totally private and separate that encompasses the lower level of a ranch style home. It has a separate key-less entrance, driveway and patio with fire pit. Large yard with old oak trees and mountain views with an easy walk to downtown. Newly remodeled with large king bedroom and large living room with 55 inch TV. *Please note this is a suite and does not have a kitchen but does have a 4.7 cubic ft refrigerator and Keurig K-cup coffee maker.
*WE USE A VOLLARA AIR PURIFIER THAT ELIMINATES VIRUSES AND BACTERIA BETWEEN EACH STAY*

The suite has a large bright Living room, oversized king bedroom with walk-in closet and a beautiful bathroom with a shower and cozy bath robes.

Spic and Span

Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if ever in the area. Clean and comfortable. Took a while to figure out TV and the entrance was a little awkward, other than that it was an incredible place to stay.

Beautiful property...

Would have been nice to have a comfortable place to sit and watch TV. The small and very old sofa was uncomfortable and not in keeping with the quality of the rest of the property. There is room on both sides of the sofa for a small table to put your drink on. They were rude when we were 15 minutes late leaving because we were leaving comments on our time.

Our fabulous stay at the White Squirrel Suite

The White Squirrel Suite was an excellent “home base” to explore Brevard! Bob and Paula welcomed us upon our arrival and showed around the suite. They were happily available if we needed anything or to answer questions. The suite was spacious and well appointed. The coffee maker, fridge and microwave were welcome additions. Everything was comfy and cozy! We highly recommend the White Squirrel Suite!

Mountain Breather

Just needed to breathe in a little mountain air. Brevard has great breweries, restaurants, places for enjoying nature and the White Squirrel is a great location. Our second stay and the rental was so very clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

Happy Hideaway!

This suite is a quiet, relaxing place to stay close to all of the exciting activities in and near Brevard. It's perfect for any couple. We especially enjoyed the local artwork that is part of the decor.

Wonderful Peaceful Getaway

Very comfortable and well-maintained suite. Yes, the white squirrels are real. We spotted several of the elusive critters sitting on the patio and just looking out the window. Waterfalls are nearby and easily accessible. We strongly recommend this property and its helpful hosts, Bob & Paula

Lovely Place to Getaway

Property was exactly as described. Enjoyed the quiet peaceful setting. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Loved the robes provided after a nice hot shower. Would definitely recommend for a nice getaway!

Family get together

The property was wonderful. Bob and Paula have a wonderful apartment. The bed was very comfortable. Huge, peaceful backyard. The thick terry cloth robes were the icing on the cake!

Excellent Stay

Beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. Great owners, too. Very quiet neighborhood, but close to town for dining and sight-seeing. We had a great home-away-from-home stay at the White Squirrel Inn!

Wonderful Stay

Bob & Paula have a very clean & comfortable Suite and is very close to downtown Brevard. They take great care of their property and communication was easy. We will stay again when we visit our family in town. Thank you Bob and Paula! Everything was perfect.

Wonderful Suite!

This suite is amazing. First of all, Paula and Bob are delightful hosts. I always enjoy meeting the owners and they are super sweet! The suite is squeaky clean, decorated very nicely, very spacious, wonderful amenities (robes, thick towels), and the king size bed is VERY comfortable. I had the best sleep during our stay. We look forward to going back. I highly recommend!

Perfect for a couple

This beautiful suite is spotless, cozy, comfortable and within walking distance of the amazing downtown of Brevard with lovely gift and clothing shops, art galleries, restaurants and more. Our hosts, Bob and Paula couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were in Brevard to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary and this suite and town were the perfect venue.

The White Squirrel Suite was a treasure to find. The hosts are very welcoming and informative. The 'suite' itself is nice and spacious. Everything was nice and clean and fresh. A surplus of towels and pillows are provided and soft terry robes are a very nice touch. The bedroom is much larger than it appears in photos, and the walk-in closet is a nice feature. The living space is large as well, and never did we feel as though we were 'sharing' a space with the hosts or main house. The parking and entrance are private. The neighborhood is very nice, and the property is easy to find. For us, the value and comfort of the Suite is much greater than the affordable price might suggest. Brevard is a great location, for us. We spent every day of our stay doing at least one of the many hikes and outdoor activities the area has to offer. Also, Hendersonville and Asheville are both a short drive away, and have so much to offer: food, shopping, history, etc.

Halloween Weekend

Another great trip to Brevard for fall colors, great weather and the wonderful Halloween festival. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay and better hosts. We will be returning.

Perfect accommodations for two!

Suite is ground level with parking just a step away! Interior decor filled with contemporary art on walls and creative objects ‘d art around the suite. Modern bath and spic and span fixtures. Host was especially kind and helpful. Back yard is immense and well groomed with beautiful Snow White squirrels hunting acorns in plain sight. No cooking in the suite, but there is a small fridge and microwave. Bring your own Kerig cups for coffee.

My wife and I are retired and have recently remodeled our home with an open concept and contemporary style. We are very active and enjoy all that Brevard has to offer especially the arts and the outdoors. We love to entertain, hiking and have a refined interest in cooking.

We are in the city limits but have 2 acres of pastoral mountain views. Our property has an numerous white squirrels and a quite neighborhood with large oak trees. Only a 3 minute drive to the center of town or take the easy walk with sidewalks the whole way.
