The views were amazing from all rooms and access to the beach was easy and very close. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

The view was amazing! The space was excellent! The walk to the beach was short, and access to other parts of Padre was easy... but when you find bugs among the dishes, pots, and flatware, and the rental management company just asks if they can send a housekeeper up without offering any compensation... what do you do with that? We choose to not come back or leave a good referral for others to experience something similar.

We loved how much room was in the unit. Also access to the pool, hot tub and beach was amazing. We had a great time!

The rooms were clean for most part but the pots and pans were really dirty. Even found a dead roach in one of them. But beach access was great

Great property and amazing views. We had a couple of issues arise but the maintenance guy was quickly dispatched each time. Complimentary high chair and crib was very much appreciated.

Very easy with communicating. Listing was accurate, if not undersold the property. Great games, books, beach toys for a family's stay. Highly recommend working with Franke Rentals, the building, and the condo itself.

Only thing I wish was different is the limited toilet paper. For traveling from MN and the amount we paid, I would think more could be provided than 2 rolls. Also, beach towels. I didn’t have much space in my luggage and didn’t want to spend money on a beach towel. We did not go swimming into the ocean due to this.Everything else was great. Thank you,Ginette

Great views, all the rooms were comfortable and clean. Despite the rules about 10 pm noise curfew, our next-door neighbors were moving furniture and vacuuming (?) late at night. The condo location is great. We walked to most of the places like restaurants and birding areas. Good cycling, too. Front desk folks very friendly. Pool area really nice. The utensils were good selection but fry pan was scary; all the teflon was chipping off. Not a good thing. Many games in the cabinet were missing parts so what's the use in displaying all of them? But who wants to play board games when the beach is calling. All and all we had a fun time.
