Everything was great. Clean. Nice location. AC in all the rooms. Lots of beach chairs and toys. I really like it when the house has basic herbs and spices (thanks for saving me a few hundo on basic cooking). The washer is in rough shape, probably due to guests who don’t know how to deal with all of the sand. I will check this availability next time I’m in Kauai.

The most amazing stay. Great location, spacious, well-planned layout, comfortable, the amenities and guest toys were put to use for sure. Our group of four adults and three children we all very happy. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, lots of beach supplies, my kids loved surfing. The only bummer was the grill was pretty rusted and didn’t work too great. Other than that, we really enjoyed our paradise vacation.

It is an excellent option in Princeville. Very spacious house and fully equipped. Good for large families who like to cook their own meals.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Princeville! It truly had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, which made settling in so easy. There was plenty of space for everyone, and it felt like a relaxing home base while we explored the island.The host was fantastic—very responsive, and helpful. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Princeville!

We loved our time at this property in Princeville. The home is centrally located with easy walking access to beaches and the Princeville walking path. Hanalei and the Princeville center are short car rides away. Kauai has a laidback feel and staying on the north side of the island really brings that to life - and the amenities of the home made it easy to cook most of our meals at home (as there isn't a lot of dining options in the area). The home is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy beach days and the rest the island has to offer. The only thing that wasn't adequately stocked were the bath shampoos/soaps, so we had to run to the store to supplement (or you can bring your own products from home). Otherwise a great property at a great value.

This was the perfect place to stay - cute home in a great neighborhood. Princeville was the perfect place to stay. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood after the busyness of Oahu and really enjoyed our time on Kauai. We had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, towels, etc. Check-in was easy. Would love to hopefully come back soon!

Neighborhood was very quiet, walking distance to shops and golfing, although beach access was closed for the winter, a further walk(20 minutes) allowed us to view the waters.

A fabulous vacation house

Beautiful family home, we had five adults and three teens, plenty of space, the house was clean and in excellent condition, great walking, easy drive to Hanalei Beach, excellent surfing for beginners and intermediates, bicycles all had flat tires and no bicycle pump, all in all a fabulous week.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house and location were perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again. It was so great to have everything we could possibly need for our family at the beach. There were surf boards, boogie boards, sun umbrellas, beach toys, coolers etc.

Very nice property in Princeville. The house felt very roomy and we had a comfortable stay. Host was easy to contact and resolved an issue very quickly. Would love to stay again sometime.

Little piece of paradise

The home itself was a perfect spot to relax when we weren't out exploring the island. There was nothing more amazing than waking up to the beautiful sounds of birds and smells of the flowers. The home was accommodating and the neighborhood was nice. Hard to leave!
