This was a repeat family visit to this lovely place. It is close to the Academy, and the host (Rose) was wonderful. Convenient quiet neighborhood with spectacular Mountain Views.

The views from this house are wonderful! The house was very clean and decorated beautifully! It worked so well for 9 adults and a baby! We would definitely stay here again! And the kitchen was great to cook in!

Great house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a large kitchen that's well stocked with equipment. The owner/property manager was great to work with and really helped out when the battery of the car of two of the people staying at the house died the day of departure. She kindly let them stay over the departure time as they had to wait for AAA to install a new battery. The only disappointment was the somewhat poor WiFi connection and the TV reception.

Thank you for being my guests. I am sorry to hear the wifi was not working right, which affects the TVs. There have been storms and outages. I wish you would have let me know and I could have helped you reset it or have someone come and do it for you. It was no problem for the guests to stay later, I was glad to help. Rose

This home is beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. Our family of eleven had plenty of space. Rose was very helpful and offered suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area. She is a very accessible and accommodating host.

The house was perfect for 5 guests. Almost every bedroom had a private bath either attached or nearby. Every room had a double or queen size bed rather than bunk beds which are great for kids but not for adults! The kitchen was outstanding. There were lots of supplies and both a keurig and regular coffee maker. The kitchen, dining area and living room on the main floor were attractively arranged to overlook the lake and the mountains. The basement living room was equally attractive and also had a clear view of the lake and mountains.The house was in a lovely neighborhood and parking in the garage was easy.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. We even saw 5 deer walking along the water most mornings. Kitchen has a large island making it easy to cook and serve for a large group. The deck is very comfortable in this lovely setting. Easy access to USAFA. Highly recommend this location!

This house is great for visiting the Colorado Springs area it was large enough for my family of 10 I would totally recommend staying here

Quite is why we bought the house. It is so surreal to watch the stars from the upper deck or stare out over the lake in the hot tub. I am so glad you enjoyed it.
