The house is absolutely gorgeous.The interior is cozy; all amenities are top notch.Balcony is very big and the view is great.Owners are extremely attentive and responsive.We were very satisfied with our stay.

It was a wonderful quiet place to stay.

We got to see wildlife right out in the yard. The house had all the amenities we needed and the beds were comfy.

The property is about 20 minutes to the north gate of USAFA and 10 minutes to Safeway and Starbucks, it was a great location for parents' weekend.

Beautiful home with lots of space for a large family in a beautiful location in Monument. Great neighborhood for walks and close enough to tourist locations without the crowds.

The house is wonderful. Large, airy and very clean. All the amenities you could ask for were provided. The views from every rooms are amazing and the back porch/deck is huge. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would definitely stay again.

The property was spectacular, well kept, clean and spacious. We were excited by the surrounding area, the spectacular views and the location was close to many of the attractions and stores. The views from around the property were breathtaking and we would highly recommend this property to all.

USAFA Graduation 2021

Great rental in a great location. Hosts Marie and David are very kind and easy to work with. Our family appreciated being able to spend time together cooking in their lovely kitchen. I would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Gorgeous very roomy property! We had plenty of space to be together and to be apart. Chef's kitchen along with views out of this world. Only 1 mile to our daughter's wedding venue - Pinecrest- and fast and easy access to COS via the interstate. Would heartily recommend this property and the hosts.

There were only 3 of us instead of the 6 as planned and the house was huge. Easy access to grocery and shopping and walking around the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay.

USAFA Graduation Week home away from home

Family from 4 states joined together to celebrate our youngest son's graduation from the United States Air Force Academy. Our ages ranged from 5 months to 69 years old. This property had plenty of room and was fully equipped inside and out. If we forgot anything the property owner's had us covered.They thought of everything a traveler could want or need.

Wonderful Property!

My family loved this home! And when I say they have everything that you need there, I mean it! When we booked, the owner told me all we needed to bring was our toothbrush and clothes. They meant it! It had more amenities than any other home we've stayed at.The home is beautiful, super clean, and the views are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town if you need or want to run in to eat or shop. The owners are friendly, and responded to any of my questions promptly.10 out of 10 stars. Would highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Great views, ample space and comfortable furniture.

Our family was so pleased to stay at this house. Most mornings we'd brew a pot of coffee and enjoy the views from most any window in house. There were 6 adults. Marie and David's home allowed plenty of space for our family to spread out. It also has family areas large enough to visit and play games. It was centrally located which allowed us to enjoy activities in the Denver area as well as Colorado Springs. We were especially thankful that the bedding was washed in "free and clear" detergent. We normally have to bring detergent and wash things as soon as we arrive.
