Stay ON the beach with a view that doesn’t end!! Sunrise in the morning and the roof top deck allows sunset views at night! I provide all essential house items so that your stay is more care-free. I provide TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, baking and cooking utensils, and a spice rack. High Adirondack chairs allow you to enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise. Live in comfort with an extra deep sofa and love seat and pillow-top king and queen mattresses in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Multiple sitting areas to make the most of the views. Heavy duty duo bunks. TV and DVD players in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Free internet. Protected parking for 2 Cars, additional parking across the lot, Steps to Entry, Outside Shower w/Changing Room, & Fish Cleaning area. There’s a community grill beside the house and it’s walking distance Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Head’s Bar and Grill. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach cooler are provided, There's also Cornhole at the cottage. Beach renourishment occurs in Nags Head this year. We enjoyed a wonderful week at this property! The property was very clean and well maintained. What a wonderful location! Right on the beach with beautiful views and the path to the beach is just a few steps away. The beach was never crowded in this area - at times it felt like a private beach. Grocery stores and other amenities are very close by, but the property is well off of the road. From the top deck we were able to enjoy stunning ocean views and were treated to a visit by dolphins a couple of days! A great place to enjoy the Outer Banks!

This was a perfect home for me and the fam. It was right on the beach and from the deck chairs you could see the ocean. I spent every morning watching the sunrise, journalling, talking to all the birds, with my coffee. I loved being able to just walk out on the beach and not having to lug everything down in a wagon! It was exactly what we needed. Host was great and responsive as well.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location is great- on the beach and close to restaurants, etc. The house is cute and cozy. The living room furniture needs to be updated, but that shouldn’t stop you from booking this house.Things to note: The house is actually a duplex. I think don’t think that’s clear from the listing. The beach access is tricky. You have to climb stairs and then climb down a steep dune.

Fantastic property and location
We really enjoyed our stay in Nags Head at Debbie's house. The location is amazing and the views from the deck are awesome. She was great to deal with and everything was perfect. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect week on the beach
Had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s beach cottage. Location was perfect, short walk to the pier. Beautiful sunrises every morning on upper deck. Check in was easy, beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Hoping to come back again!

Great Spring Break Spot
We had a wonderful time in this cozy property. Small but everything we needed for family of 5 and plenty of comfortable sitting & relaxing space in the living room. Great views especially from the top deck. Great location close to shops, mini golf etc.

Loved the house and the beachfront views from the top deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils and paper goods were provided. The house decorations are very beachy and make you feel right at home. We had a great week.

1st trip to Outerbanks
Perfect stay for our family of 4 which includes two teens. Right on the beach, and beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Debbie was great and checked in with us before and after we arrived. We had zero issues with our stay.

Our family stayed here for my son’s 13th birthday. This house was the cleanest and most well appointed house we’ve stayed in. All the extras are there. And you really can’t beat the location. Debbie was great from start to finish and we really could not have had a better time.

Perfect Escape
I can’t say enough how absolutely perfect this property was for our family. The location was amazing, the views were incredible, the comfort and details and care put into this property were wonderful. Debbie was quick to respond to any of our needs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our fishing trip
Had a wonderful time. The house was wonderful. Thanks to Debbie for the very thoughtful gift bag. We saw the sights and ate some really good food. Only 1 thing , be sure to read reviews for the restaurants before you go. Would love to stay here again.

Beach House
This beach house offers a lot that is hard to find oceanfront. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with and also very welcoming. We arrived to a beautiful house with a gift bag on the table. We only hope that we would be lucky enough to stay here again on a future vacation.

Great time at the beach
My family of 6 had a wonderful time at the house. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and certainly got it. In the morning, when we sat on the deck we were able to see dolphins (we even saw them while on the beach). The location was great. The house was immaculate and well-equipped. The beds were super comfortable. Deb is very responsive and will get back to you right away. All in all, this is a great rental for a family in a prime location.

Family Friendly OBX Rental!
Our family stayed at this property for a week. Ages ranged from 12 - 76. The updated zero entry shower was a great feature for the seniors in our group! House was the cleanest I’ve seen in a beach area! Beach access had well maintained stairs and a short boardwalk area. It was nice to use the stairs and not have to climb up the dune to get to the beach! Beach is quiet, primarily used by others in the neighborhood. This location was a short drive to the grocery store etc. but felt serene, and private, since it is set back from the road, and it is towards the less busy side of Nags Head. Plenty of beach items, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boards etc. Would definitely stay again when visiting the OBX!

Amazing views
The location of this property was spot on. Gorgeous ocean views from the windows and front balcony with the roof deck providing sweeping vistas. The beds were comfy and soft. Due to Covid, there were no kitchen essentials provided other than salt. We had to buy pretty much everything, Dishes and plates, silverware, even lamps were old, mismatched, rickety and very poor quality. There was no soap in the bathroom. The front slider kept falling off the track. The lamp fell apart. The front room rugs were stained and the couch was a little questionable. Debbie, the owner, however was very helpful and always immediately available for any questions. She did provide a “welcome” bag with foil, trash bags, dish soap and laundry soap. The views are worth it but,a better quality of inside goods would have put it over the top!

I take pride in my home and strive to maintain it and improve upon it from year to year. During the rental season, it's difficult to do much without inconveniencing the guests.
I'm sorry that you expected the kitchen to have food items. Food, even spices, are not permitted to stay in the house from guest to guest. This was in place even before Covid.
It's disappointing that you were not satisfied with the Corelle dishes. Stoneware dishes don't last in rental properties- too many chips and breaks.
In regards to the rugs, I personally change them between every guest, except for the large area rug in the living. I get that cleaned 1-2 times per year.
I'm not sure what to say about the lamps. All were purchased new within the past 3 years. The Seashell one in the living room cost $300 from Bed Bath and Beyond. I will replace the broken lamp shade near the dining area. Things take a beating in the rental program.
Lastly, I have only gotten rave reviews about the sofas. Hmmm. Maybe crumbs made it "questionable"; it was cleaned professionally in May.
I will continue to do my best to improve my property and make my guests' visits as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Perfect for our family
Great location to everything our family wanted to do while on vacation. We like to spend time on the beach, golfing, fishing and.shopping. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Couldn't be any closer to the beach
When it was cold, we could watch the sunrise from indoors. When it was somewhat less cold, we could watch the stars from the deck. Dolphins and birds put on a show for us pretty much every day. The home was lovely and the host was responsive. I wish I was there again right now.

Just what we needed
Debbie was wonderful to communicate with prior and urging our stay - she responded very quickly to any questions we had. Her home was clean and loaded with all that we needed - especially kitchen and chairs/things for beach. Location was quiet and with gorgeous views of sunrises over beach. We didn’t realize that property was a duplex when we booked, but had very quiet neighbors the whole week.

OBX PARADISE
Great location and great property. Amazing views especially from the upper deck. We loved how well the kitchen was stocked as several in our group love to cook. The central Ac was terrific during a very hot & humid week. Debbie was extremely responsive to any questions or minor issues we had. The WiFi speed is inconsistent but is only an issue if you need to do real “ office” work.
