As of July 1st 2026 beach renourishment is complete in front of our home, it is not in the construction zone. Dolphin's Walk is a four bedroom, three level reverse floor plan, oceanfront duplex in the heart of Nags Head! Fantastic views, steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. **NEW HOT TUB ** Smart TV's, High Speed Wi-Fi, and more! Four Bedrooms, four and half baths, plenty of room for the whole family! Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts are just steps from your door. Sea Pointe pool is seasonal and operates mid May - mid September 15, 2026.
Linens and towels are provided. Indoor fireplace is not operational.

This oceanfront location was the perfect place to stay! It’s a short walk/drive away from many fun things to do, not to mention the beautiful ocean views right from the house. It was very clean, and the owners checked in with us to make sure everything was good - we had a wonderful time!

I have no negative things to say!!! We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-maintained beach house. There was simply nothing it was missing and we simply can’t wait to get back down there!!! We almost had our own little private beach, and were so comfortable we never wanted to leave. Nice property in a great location
The property was clean and the host was helpful and easy to reach. Having a hot tub with a view was a nice plus. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Place on the Beach
Great vacation stay. Right on the beach. Very clean. Wonderfully decorated. Comfortable furniture. Responsive host.

Wonderful Trip!
House was so spacious, clean and beautiful, and had the most beautiful view. Hosts were responsive and helpful!

Great place and great owners!
We had a great week in OBX. As a property owner is OBX, we were impressed with the property and its owners. Very responsive owners, great location, great value, and house and view were perfect!

Wonderful property and host!
Highly recommend! The house is fantastic - spacious, clean, well-stocked, and you can’t beat the ocean-front location. Karla was an outstanding and helpful host.
