We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the restaurants that are very close to the condo and it was great that our location was between 2 five-star hotels! Also being so close to the beach and the pool was very nice! Sidewalks for early morning walks were perfect! Loved this place!

My family and I love staying at the Ridge. It is so much nicer than a hotel and we are always very comfortable. The Ridge team are incredibly kind and competant and always willing to help

Amazing house and amazing locality

Its very beautiful house located in very very beautiful location Right infront of ocean and there are multiple ocean trails walkway infront of the housing community The views from the house are breathtaking

Most relaxing vacation....

We really did enjoy our stay at this condo. The views are stunning and the surroundings are beautiful. The condo is very well equipped and very comfortable. The decor is very Hawaiian which is so nice to live with and a nice change from living out on the East coast! The location is perfect being near many good restaurants, the beach and jut across the way from the pool.

Ridge Rentals exceeded our expectations.

Ridge Rentals exceeded our expectations. We have only seen pictures online and were surprised by reality. A feature-rich place to enjoy. We loved every second of our stay. Hope to be back, soon. A hui hou and Mahalo. Real Ridge Rentals was amazing - very friendly, uncomplicated and helpful.

We always make it a point to vacation once a year in Maui.

We always make it a point to vacation once a year in Maui. We absolutely love Kapalua and the ridge. You can’t ask for a better vacation area and the resort is an absolute five-star experience. I highly recommend your company to all my friends! Terry has always been wonderful to us. We have been coming for years and I’ve never encountered any problems. We love vacationing every year in Kapalua!

Hubby and I enjoyed our stay, had enough space if we brought our children but it was just for us to spark our marriage together after 12 years and reuniting after 6 months of military tour From every necessity you’d need, the view, island decor, roomy kitchen and living area, it was all amazing

We love Kapalua and the Ridge condos and will be back again next year. We have used Ridge Reality to book our Kapalua condo for 20+ years and have always had a great experience. Forgot to ask for late check out when we booked as we usually book an extra night when taking the red eye home. Our flight was in the evening and you were able to accommodate a late check out on short notice, thanks!

Villa 411 was beyond gorgeous and truly breathtaking.

Villa 411 was beyond gorgeous and truly breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, the space felt beautifully maintained, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. We loved all the amenities inside the property, the additional blankets and towels were such a considerate touch and made our stay even more comfortable. One of our favorite features was having two showers: the convenient downstairs shower made it easy to rinse off the remaining sand and clean up after beach days, while the master bathroom upstairs felt like a true retreat. The jumbo soaking tub was luxurious and the large shower always had consistent hot water and excellent water pressure, which we appreciated every single day. The A/C kept the villa perfectly cool, making it wonderful to return to after exploring the island. The bed was extremely comfortable for both my husband and me, and we woke up feeling rested every morning. We also loved having the ability to wash our clothes right in the villa — such a huge perk during an extended stay. The pools were kept very clean, and the property had wide, well-maintained sidewalks that made our daily walks easy and enjoyable. We also loved how close the beach was, along with the convenience of nearby stores just down the road. Villa 411 offered everything we hoped for and more. It made our Maui trip even more special, and we cannot wait to return next year. Kim J was amazing to work with from day one. We are truly grateful to Kim and the entire Ridge Realty team for providing such a lovely experience. We cannot wait to stay again next year.

The only negative comment I would have of the property is dull knives and lacking some basic kitchen utensils otherwise perfect condo. We have stayed at the ridge multiple times and have always received excellent service.

The Ridge Villas was such an amazing place to spend our vacation! So well kept and quiet.

The Ridge Villas was such an amazing place to spend our vacation! So well kept and quiet....it was truly relaxing! We were so surprised when we arrived at our unit 411. The view from the living room and bedroom was breathtaking, and we literally spent all our time on the patio just enjoying the view! We were told the unit had been newly remodeled, and we were very impressed by how well it was done....from the granite counters, granite showers and sunken tub, to the beautiful wood cabinets, tile flooring and decor. The layout of the unit gives privacy to the living area from the bedroom. We found the unit very comfortable and would love to return! We only had one communication with the staff, and she was very friendly and helpful.
