Welcome to Kapalua Ridge Villa 2212, with stunning ocean views! This villa is located in highly sought after Kapalua Ridge! As you enter this spacious villa you will be drawn to the expansive private lanai overlooking unobstructed views of the magical Maui waters. The large private lanai allows for relaxing or dine alfresco to a gorgeous Maui sunset. With views from the kitchen no one will mind cooking in this villa! Fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. Complete with eat up breakfast bar. The living space is open and inviting. Offering plenty of seating, TV and sofa sleeper for additional guests. There is a window AC unit to keep cool. Just off the main living area is an additional bath for guests use. Washer/dryer allow for lighter packing. The guest bedroom offers the perfect set up with two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. There is also window AC, TV, ceiling fan, and small lanai. Complete with ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, large tub/shower combo and large walk-in closet. Wake up to the marvelous views from your primary suite! Complete with king bed, TV, window AC unit and second lanai. Relax while sipping your morning coffee watching whales breach during season. The primary bath features a large walk in shower and lovely dual vanities. Enjoy the pool area with BBQ's and covered outdoor kitchen area including oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, tables and chairs. Located next to three world class golf courses, The Kapalua, The Bay Course and the world-famous Plantation. Minutes away by either car or the Free Kapalua Resort Shuttle are Kapalua Beach, DT Fleming Beach, Napili Bay and Honolua Bay. Also close by is the Ritz Carlton hotel, the new Kapalua Center featuring Sansei and The Pour House for dining, and the renovated Honolua Store.

What a beautiful condo! We were so thrilled to stay here! The views from every room are breathtaking! The condo is very spacious and well appointed. The bathrooms are huge and us three women had plenty of room to spread out. The property was so quiet and well maintained. We could walk to the beach, the two pools, and even to the Honolua Store market. The property is very close to Napili Shopping Center for groceries and morning coffee. We loved everything about our stay, except having to leave!

We were there for LaLa and we still had a great time. I would just advocate for some type of emergency management to provision guests with ice and basic supplies.

The condo is in such an awesome location. So beautiful and quiet. The views are incredible and the place is huge. The property manager was nice and very responsive. The unit needs some serious updating, but we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

The property is beautiful. We arrived during high winds with no electricity, WiFi, or cell service. Everything in the home was based upon having internet service, no hard copy for reference. One small flash light was provided for emergency. There needs to be better backup in the home for emergencies, we had no map of property area. The guest service folks were very nice but they were not local and could not answer questions regarding local services. The responses to our requests appeared to be boiler plate and did not answer our specific concerns. Our electricity was off for over 36 hours, so some local emergency advise would have been helpful. The property view from the lanai was spectacular and was our saving grace

The place was very spacious and in an excellent spot. We had a couple issues at the start of our stay, but the hosts were very quick to rectify the concerns. We would definitely come back to here.

This was a great experience. Everything about it was easy - we actually never even needed to contact the manager during our stay which means they did everything seamlessly. This unit is absolutely gorgeous with incredible views. We loved the location, and the floor plan of the unit worked perfect for our family. Our daughters enjoyed having their little suite on the other side with twin beds, a tv, a patio/view, and a full bathroom. I only wish that the couches were a little more comfy and the pots and pans/cooking items were a little higher quality. I like to cook! We would absolutely return here and highly recommend.

Stunning is the correct word for this villa. Clean, spacious, and all the amenities you could ever need. Beautiful views from every room. The grounds were also beautiful and quiet. Very walkable. Must have great pest control as we did not see any unwanted insects. So happy we chose this place for our stay.

We had a wonderful time at the ridge property would definitely stay again. The property management company was awesome to work with. Everything was perfect. When we got there the location could not be beat. The Kapalua shuttle came right to unit and picked us up and dropped off anywhere in Kapalua. just a great place to stay I would highly recommend for families..

Beautiful view BUT NEEDS REPAIRS

We’ve stayed at many Ridge Ocean view Villa in Kapalua over the last 30 + years. This one was our least favorite. While the view was beautiful, the washer was broken and unusable, ( this was a big problem for my family) , also there was a huge burn hole in a sofa cushion, additionally, wires were hanging out of a missing light fixture in the master bathroom shower. The front door could not be locked for the first two days. Not sure why these issues weren’t fixed before putting it up for rental. There are no USB Outlets. TVs are pretty small. At the end of our stay, while trying to walk out the front door (early in the morning) to leave for the airport, the front door had automatically locked up and we couldn’t LEAVE . Luckily, I remembered there was a side door, which allowed us to leave the villa.This could be a serious problem. When trying to contact a manager, It could take a day or two to get a manager response.
