Great place

We had a great week in North Topsail. The house is bright and well kept. Has all the amenities needed for a wonderful week at the beach.

A nice stay

The host was communicative and the location was very nice. We saw dolphins everyday from the deck! The beds were comfortable and the layout worked well for three families. It was a positive experience overall.

This property served our family well for our stay at North Topsail! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook a great meal! The location was amazing! The hot tub and community pool were the icing on the cake! The owner and the property manager were both very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay! Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The host was super responsive and friendly, even sent us some recommendations for nearby restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed to spend a long weekend over Thanksgiving. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the oceanfront deck, even in cooler temps. The men enjoyed surf fishing. Lovely, tasteful decor throughout the home. Everything in good working order. We are huge fans of the home and the location and hope to be returning customers!

Lovely home and great location

Beautiful beach front home!! Enjoyed the very short walk to the beach on the semi private beach access. Very short walk to community pool. Brenda responded quickly to messages and was lovely to work with.

Girl’s beach trip

Plenty of space for a girl’s weekend trip. Great view of the beach. Private pier. Hot tub was wonderful. Enjoyed having the grill for cooking dinner.

Great rental!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house has everything stocked in it. The kitchen was well supplied... best supplies we have seen at a rental! Hosts were quick to respond. The house was in a great location and was very clean. Great rental property!!

Annual Topsail Trip

Great property, very clean and newly updated! You can't beat being right on the beach and hottub was a nice bonus. Plenty of space for our 2 families to vacation together... 4 adults and 6 kids. Wonderful week and memories made. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Highly Recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well-suited for our family, ranging in ages from 75 to 1. We were especially impressed with the host/owner. She was attentive, caring, informative and accommodating. Hope to return soon.

Home away from home!

My family and I loved this place! ❤️ Perfect location, great for multiple families and a wonderful owner to work with! Brenda really cares about her guests and their experience. She is very responsive to any questions. We loved it so much, we’re going back again next year!! ❤️

Family Beach Trip 2023

House was beautiful, kitchen generously stocked, beds and furniture very comfortable. We had gorgeous weather for the week and everyone enjoyed swimming in the ocean and the community pool! We also had a great time meeting our neighbors who happen to own the adjoining unit! Will definitely book again!

Fabulous Family Beach

Perfect beach home for our family with private master suite on 3rd floor as well as a kid-friendly 2nd floor. Elevator to the family space plus extras like linens and beach gear were very convenient. The kids loved having access to the pool and adults loved the hot tub. We will make this an annual rental for our family vacation - four generations over 45 years of visits to Topsail Island.

Amazing Location in N Topsail

This was a perfect place for three families with young children. The beach is great- tidal pools and not crowded with plenty of space even at high tide. House was really lovely and well maintained with a perfect lay out for large dinners, cooking and entertaining children. Community pool is so close and such a great option especially for young kids. Donna was so helpful at check in and throughout our stay if we had any questions or concerns. Loved this place and will be booking again!

Beautiful Beach House!

My family and I had the best time! The house is everything it says and more. Clean and every room has a great view. Steps to the beach and pool. We made so many memories and had the best time. This trip meant a lot for me to have all my Loves the same house. It was perfect❤️🦈🏖️

Perfect place!

Extremely nice, spacious ocean front condo in a great quiet location just a short drive from busier spots. Clean with a well appointed kitchen. Community pool just a short walk away. Hot tub on the deck was used every night. Any questions or issues that came up were promptly dealt with by the property manager or owner. We had a perfect stay and will stay again!

Family Trip

We had a wonderful family vacation in October. We enjoyed a short walk to the pier and one day we saw a double rainbow over the pier. It was gorgeous!! The house was exactly what we were looking for. It is beachfront with plenty of comfortable rooms and a deck to sit on to enjoy the view. Instructions to enter via the elevator were clear. Good communication with the homeowner and property manager. This is a beautiful beach house for a vacation!

Perfect Seaside Retreat

This property has it all! Oceanfront, a hot tub to watch the sunsets on the beach and beautiful interior to make you feel like you are being treated on your beach getaway. The host was amazing and went above and beyond for our last minute holiday booking. I didn’t want to leave! Shirt walk to the pier and next door to the best gluten-free restaurant on the NC coast! The regular food is delicious too! We biked, played tennis and got our beach time in. Truly amazing you won’t want to miss out!
