It has a fully-equipped kitchen, fans throughout, 2 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, telephone service, and free WIFI. There is a laundry room conveniently located just downstairs from the unit entry with coin-operated washer & dryer. The master bedroom is a loft with split system A/C, a ceiling fan, cal-king bed, and full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has split system A/C, a ceiling fan, 2 twin beds, and a flat-screen TV. There is split system A/C in the living room, along with a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and DVD. For outdoor activities, Kihei Garden Estates #H-203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.

Kihei has the most sought after resort addresses on Maui because of its location, weather and affordability. This is a place where you can relax in a family friendly and the convenience of shopping centers, restaurants and activities. Enjoy manicured grounds, beautiful beaches, and golf. This low rise development is favored by those who enjoy the ease of moving about the property, from parking, to condo, to pool, to beach. Each condo offers a garden view from a spacious lanai.

The place was located right by the center of town with great access to grocery stores, restaurants and shops! It was maintained well and offered beach equipment. Thank you so much - would stay here again.

Great Stay & Location
This place was great. It was very well stocked, clean & comfortable. We felt the location was good. I would highly recommend.

Nice Condo in Kihei
This condo was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed for our time in Maui with great amenities and nice space. Close to a nice local beach as well.

It was my first time in Maui and this rental is in a great location! The beach right next to it was empty and nice for a place to relax. The rental itself was nice and came stocked with a lot of things! the only complaint was that some of the beach towels smelled funny.

Perfect for us
The apartment was clean, set up well and perfect for what we needed. There was a beach within walking distance, the pool was great, and we loved the loft!

A friend and I enjoyed this condo for our week's visit. Half a block from the beach, a block from a grocery store, coffee house, and several restaurants. It's located at the north edge of Kihei but outside the most congested parts. Condo was airy, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. A good value.

Wonderful Experience
We loved our location. So close to Līpoa Beach, quiet and lovely pool. Removed from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed seeing turtles on the beach and loved the gardens that surrounded our condo. Excellent family holiday spot.

Amazing Place to stay

Great location and peaceful
Great location!!! restaurants and grocery store on the same block. Beach is across the street. Apartment is on a quite street off the Main Street. Would stay again. Apartment pictures are accurate liked the 2 story set up for privacy.
