Boyne River View Home in downtown Boyne City

In town Boyne City home that has been completely remodeled. Three bedrooms, two baths, granite kitchen with new slate appliances. View of Boyne River and just a short 5 minute walk to all Boyne City has to offer. Private patio area in back with gas grill. Washer and dryer available for use. Main floor has a bedroom with a queen. Upstairs has the master with a king and another bedroom with a queen. Pull out queen sofa in living room. Pets are negotiable and if approved an additional pet fee will be charged and a pet addendum will need to be completed.

Labor Day adventure

This was the perfect location for beach and town as well as convenient access for a day trip to Mackinac Island. It was bright and cozy. The field across the street was a perfect run for our pup.

Family weekend getaway

A great place for a family to getaway to enjoy some family time. Conveniently located between Charlevoix and Petosky and close to a grocery store if needed. A quiet neighborhood and a well maintained place. Our family has a great time.

Boyne City Vacation

The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the view of the river and deer across the street. It was walkable to everything in Boyne City and a short trip to Charlevoix and Petoskey. Cherry picking, wineries, beaches, and souvenir shops all close by. Host was excellent for communication and information.

Family Adventure Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious with great sized rooms and beds, equipped kitchen for cooking meals, and nice enclosed sunroom in the front of the house with a beautiful view. The WiFi was adequate for taking Zoom meetings. We enjoyed the close proximity to Boyne Mountain, Young State Park, and Petoskey.

Short ski weekend

The property was very nice and clean. The biggest issue for a group of adults was bathrooms there are 2 and one is in the master bedroom. Overall very nice place for a quick weekend ski trip.

Excellent Home

The property was exactly as described. It was clean with all necessary amenities. Check-in and out were a breeze as the owner had a very cool, dedicated check-in screen that also had helpful information like restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect as it was about a 4 minute walk from the downtown and only a 10 minute drive from Boyne Mountain. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and everything worked as described. The owner was a delight to work with and we would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Boyne City!

Great spot ski trip

This was a very pleasant experience- bringing grand-nieces up unexpectedly for Christmas break learn to ski trip. Weather was questionable, we were looking for dog sitter & Keisha very flexible & helpful to make our decisions easier Place is a gem!! Clean, nicely equipped, close to Boyne for restaurants after skiing. Will return for sure & highly recommend

Nice home close to downtown

Stayed here with my family of 4 and another family during a NYE weekend skiing at Boyne. The house was very clean inside and kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable. Nice decor and cozy space. Parking was a little awkward, with a spot in the back and one on the grass in front. House is a bit older so you can hear a lot of creaks on first floor when people are moving around upstairs, but once everyone goes to sleep it’s silent and comfortable. Host had good communication and was helpful when we had any concerns .

Great little getaway

Great experience. The property was exactly as described. Located in a great spot. Walking distance to park, dining, and shopping and only a 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain resort and Avalanche Bay Waterpark. Our family would definitely rent this property again.

Great location. Nice view of pond and deer!

Clean, comfortable and spacious for six adults. Updated decor. We were in town for wedding prep (@ Castle Farms) and this cute little home was perfect for our needs. Saw a doe and her baby in the morning by the pond. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to waterfront, shops and restaurants.

Awesome place!

We rented this adorable house while we were in town for the Mt Mahem bicycle ride on Father's Day weekend. It was perfect and even better than imagined. We walked to town twice. Lots of wildlife around the property. We will be back.

Ski Weekend Getaway

Property was clean, nicely updated & decorated inside. Everything worked well and property management was very responsive to questions. Overall, a nice cozy place for a winter weekend getaway.

Love the Location!

We have stayed at several VRBOs in northern Michigan. This location was awesome. Walk to downtown Boyne City. Bike to Young State Park. A short drive to Petoskey. Easy access to Charlevoix. Close to beaches galore. Wonderful.

Ski Weekend

Perfect Boyne City location

We truly enjoyed our stay in Boyne City. The house was perfect for our small group that had a 15 and 9 year old. The house was clean and welcoming. We loved that we could walk to town for dinner after a day of skiing. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Boyne City Gem!

When we arrived and went into the property we were all blown away - it far exceeded our expectations! The condition of the property was excellent and the decorating was delightful. We used the place as a home base for a tour of Tunnel of Trees, biking in Petoskey along the lake, and hiking the Jordan River Valley Pathway. We could not recommend this place more highly and we are looking forward to a return visit in the future for skiing.
