Come see why Tidewater is Orange Beach's most popular rental complex. Beautiful Gulf front condominium and unit with panoramic views located 1/2 mile west of Perdido Pass. You will absolutely enjoy watching the boats, dolphins and vacationers from this beautiful unit. The unit is very tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts of home including wi-fi! Master bedroom includes a king bed and also offers gulf front views. Other sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps six).
This gated complex offers a glassed in indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness area, and restrooms. The outdoor amenities include large pool area and pool, BBQ area, covered parking and more. The complex also boasts a first rate location, walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream shoppe, and shopping.

$20K+ in all new kitchen and bath fixtures - marble countertops in kitchen and baths, new cabinets in both, all new kitchen appliances, all new sinks and faucets in both. Unfortunately, I live in Indiana and no pictures posted.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot!

My family had a wonderful week visiting the beach. The condo was perfectly located and really close to all the fun things to do while still being calm and relaxing. The condo had really nice upgrades and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The complex was really clean and well kept. My kids loved waking up and walking right out on the patio to look at the beach and the pool. I did have to reach out to the owner a few times regarding parking and he was very quick to respond and take care of everything! Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us and giving my family a safe clean place to unwind and create unforgettable memories! We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean and friendly staff. Only recommendation is new living room furniture..,,the couch wasn’t comfortable to sit on.

Great getaway

This is the first year we've been able to stay a month in the unit. We stayed one week in April & we just spent 3 weeks. The condo itself is very peaceful.

Would not stay again!

Great location, fast elevators, large closets. This place was dated and I knew that from the photos. But the rating was 9.6 so I went for it. The floors were built up dirt that had not been cleaned in a while.. Balcony only had two chairs that wasn’t broke

Beach Trip 2024

Convenient to shopping and dining. Very clean pool area and property. Boardwalk to the beach was very nice. Our room was great! Loved the layout, full size washer and dryer in laundry room was great. Wonderful view of the beach!

Nice condo on the beach

Kitchen was well stocked. The condo could use new appliances and updates. Was very clean. It needs more towels and wash cloths. I had to buy some and left them there.

Great condo

We stayed at Tidewater This condo had everything needed for a great stay. Lots of closets, shelves, well stocked kitchen, and the place was clean. The view from the balcony was fantastic. I found that the kitchen sink had a leak, let owner know, it was taken care of quickly. The owner responded quickly with any questions that I had. Looking forward to my next beach visit, tho that may be a long time.

Our yearly getaway .

The property is located almost center of Orange Beach. Everything you would need to buy for your stay is within 5 minutes of the condominium. There are also plenty of restaurants of all varieties to the right and left of the building. The unit comes with a inside parking space which makes it nice for loading and uploading plus if it it raining you are always in the dry. The unit itself is very nice and clea and well equipped with all your kitchen needs. There is a large smart tv in the living room so you can stream your favorite shows. It come with a full size washer and dryer and plenty of closet space. There are 2 bedrooms with TV's and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. It is an open concept layout with the living room, dining room and a bar separating the kitchen which has all full size appliances. There are sliding doors leading from the master bedroom and the living room to the balcony overlooking the pool but most of all the beautiful beach and ocean. The owner is always a call or text away with great communication. We give it an A+

We would definitely stay here again! Perfect location, felt very safe, ease of entry, just overall great stay for us! Master bath needs some TLC, but I loved the water pressure! Thank you so much!!

Disappointed

We’ve been coming to Orange Beach for 7 years and this place was by far the worst. I’ve never done a review before now. The condo itself is outdated. The ice maker didn’t work, the door handle to the sliding glass door didn’t work and the sink it kitchen was loud. It’s close to the trash shoot so you can hear it every time someone uses it. One day two men showed up to look at the fan in the master bathroom. We never even called about that but the people before us did. We were taken back since we already told the owner we didn’t want people in the condo working while we were trying to enjoy our beach trip. The complex was run down. People were smoking at the pool. For what we paid, we were expecting more.

Beautiful and Great Value

Property is as advertised. Owner was fantastic to work with and very cordial. Room was clean and all necessities were provided in small amounts. Plenty of cookware and towels, which can be rare. Access to the beach was perfect. Everything you would need or want is within a couple of miles at most while most things are just a few blocks.

AMAZING View

We had a couple of small issues but the owner was very accommodating. The view is great and conveniently located. I would recommend some bedding for the pull out sofa sleeper. The elevators were a complete nightmare, but I know the owner has no control over that. The overall property is in need of some upgrades.
