Come see why Tidewater is Orange Beach's most popular rental complex. Beautiful Gulf front condominium and unit with panoramic views located 1/2 mile west of Perdido Pass. You will absolutely enjoy watching the boats, dolphins and vacationers from this beautiful unit. The unit is very tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts of home including wi-fi! Master bedroom includes a king bed and also offers gulf front views. Other sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps six).
This gated complex offers a glassed in indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness area, and restrooms. The outdoor amenities include large pool area and pool, BBQ area, covered parking and more. The complex also boasts a first rate location, walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream shoppe, and shopping.

$20K+ in all new kitchen and bath fixtures - marble countertops in kitchen and baths, new cabinets in both, all new kitchen appliances, all new sinks and faucets in both. Unfortunately, I live in Indiana and no pictures posted.

Great getaway

This is the first year we've been able to stay a month in the unit. We stayed one week in April & we just spent 3 weeks. The condo itself is very peaceful.

Beach Trip 2024

Convenient to shopping and dining. Very clean pool area and property. Boardwalk to the beach was very nice. Our room was great! Loved the layout, full size washer and dryer in laundry room was great. Wonderful view of the beach!

Great condo

This is a nice condo with plenty of room for a family of 5. The location was great. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if in the area.

Great escape to Orange Beach

The condo was awesome, and location could not have been better. The outdoor and indoor pool were a big bonus since our kids could swim indoors on the rainy days. There was a donut shop, seafood, and ice cream just across the street. We will definitely stay again when we come to the area.

This property was as advertised. Very clean and easy check in/out. It is further down the strip, close to Florabama and The Gulf (LOVE!) perfect location for a laid back beach vacay which is exactly what we were looking for.

Nice condo on the beach

Kitchen was well stocked. The condo could use new appliances and updates. Was very clean. It needs more towels and wash cloths. I had to buy some and left them there.

Would not stay again!

Great location, fast elevators, large closets. This place was dated and I knew that from the photos. But the rating was 9.6 so I went for it. The floors were built up dirt that had not been cleaned in a while.. Balcony only had two chairs that wasn’t broke

Beautiful and Great Value

Property is as advertised. Owner was fantastic to work with and very cordial. Room was clean and all necessities were provided in small amounts. Plenty of cookware and towels, which can be rare. Access to the beach was perfect. Everything you would need or want is within a couple of miles at most while most things are just a few blocks.

A nice get away

Great place to stay. Very clean and heavily stocked with every thing you need for a stay. Wonderful location with a view to die for. Large pool and BBQ area. We stayed for 2 weeks and it rained a few days but no need to worry the unit comes with a indoor parking space which is VERY nice. There is plenty todo with in a mile in any direction. The owner is a great person to work with. really enjoyed doing business with him. Every thing went along with out a hitch. Hoping to go back next year.

Great Location and views

Views were amazing! We were able to see dolphins most days which was very cool. I think the cleaning crew could do a better job sweeping and mopping. I would also suggest upgrading your bath towels. We went out and bought our own. Just my opinion... Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful girls trip

The condo had a great view of the beach. It’s an older condo that could use a little updating, but all in all it was very enjoyable. Only two issues. There was no blankets in the condo. The beds only had sheets and a white cover. The dishwasher although looked new didn’t want to start. Called Meyer and they brought out blankets and semi fixed the dishwasher. Would rent this place again!

Long needed Break

This condo has everything a person would need for a short or a long stay. Very clean and well equipped. The kitchen is loaded with lots of extras! The location is excellent. Your view from the balcony is awesome. Nice large TV in every bedroom and living room. WIFI is great. Very comfortable bed. This unit comes with a covered parking spot. You never have to be in the rain or wonder where you are going to park. This makes our 2nd year staying with this owner. He gets an A+ for customer satisfaction. Very friendly and easy to contact.
