Cozy two bedroom apartment in downtown west with all the amenities.

Just up the hill from Victoria park; close to Mile One stadium, Saint Claire's Hospital, and downtown shops, restaurants and pubs.

By car, the house is less then a minute from Route 2 which will quickly get you out of the city to explore the Historic Avalon Peninsula.

Apartment equipped with wifi, cable tv, laundry, off street parking and private entrance.

Fantastic stay

Very clean, well maintained and quiet. The location was perfect as it was close enough to downtown that we could walk around and not need much transportation. There is Shoppers and a market nearby.

Great accommodation & location

Lovely apartment for our stay in St. John’s. Easy to get to & easy to access as there was a keypad entry - great since we were very delayed in our arrival & arrived after midnight. It had everything we needed while we visited St.John’s & area.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was in central area to downtown making it easy to get to all the attractions. We would stay again.

We stayed for a week at Victor's apartment. It is a nice apartment and we would recommend it to anyone visiting St John's

Clean place

We spent a few nights here. The place was clean and the pictures were accurate. The area isn't great, but it's not bad either. We never felt unsafe or anything. Overall, a very good stay.

Amazing property

We stayed for 2 days at this lovely location. We have a truck and was able to fit it in the allotted parking space. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. Host was quick to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Apartment

The apartment was ideal. Plenary of room, close to town, off street parking, clean, stocked with essentials. I certainly recommend a stay here if coming to St John’s.

We loved this property. Got in late and found it easily. Getting in was easy. It felt very comfortable and homey.

Great spot

Great location for going anywhere in town. Having off-street parking was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Victor is an excellent host!
