Cozy two bedroom apartment in downtown west with all the amenities.

Just up the hill from Victoria park; close to Mile One stadium, Saint Claire's Hospital, and downtown shops, restaurants and pubs.

By car, the house is less then a minute from Route 2 which will quickly get you out of the city to explore the Historic Avalon Peninsula.

Apartment equipped with wifi, cable tv, laundry, off street parking and private entrance.

A perfect place to stay! Very well equipped. Off street parking which is a big deal for this part of the city (close to downtown). I’ve stayed in numerous owner rental properties and this place was one of the best for value and cleanliness. I would absolutely stay here again if ever back in St. John’s.

C’est en effet le parfait petit appartement pour un séjour à St. John’s! Très propre, lits douillets, sofas confortables. On s’y sent bien. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

This apartment was perfect for us. It was super clean, very affordable and contained everything we needed to have a home away from home while we were recently in St. John's for 12 days. One special mention ... there was no air freshener or fragrance used in the unit, the linens were washed in a fragrance-free detergent and no pets were allowed. This was such a blessing for me due to my allergies. The hosts were lovely people. We will book this place again (if available) the next time we're in St. John's. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sweet Apartment

This is definitely the most comfortable little apartment. Very clean and well kept. Well stocked with everything you would need. Walking downtown to Water Street is downhill. Do recommend getting a cab back as it is uphill. Inexpensive ride. Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend for your next stay in beautiful St. Johns.

Fantastic stay

Very clean, well maintained and quiet. The location was perfect as it was close enough to downtown that we could walk around and not need much transportation. There is Shoppers and a market nearby.

The apartment was fabulous, spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything. I would book again for sure.

The name says it all!

As described in the listing, this truly is the perfect little apartment. Comfy couches, parking space, washer and dryer, full bathroom, and kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy and the property manager was very communicative. The apartment was even ready a few hours early! Great location, whether walking to downtown St John's or taking a day trip out of the city. We hope to stay here on future trips to St John's!

Très agréable

Belle découverte de la région de Terre Neuve en voiture, à pieds lors de randonnées ,1500 kms sillonnés : la péninsule de Bonavista et le Park national de Terra Nova, péninsule d'Avallon, St John's et ses environs avec le Cap Spear, la pointe la plus à l'est du Canada. Tout était très beau

Great little unit!

Very clean and quiet. Lots of hot water and having a washing machine was a real bonus.

your stair risers going up to the apartment are uneaven. you should have a smoke detector in the sleeping rooms.

Clean place

We spent a few nights here. The place was clean and the pictures were accurate. The area isn't great, but it's not bad either. We never felt unsafe or anything. Overall, a very good stay.

Labour Day weekend stay

We spent four nights at this apartment and it was very nice. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. It is a nice walk down to the harbour from the apartment. The only drawback was that it was a bit tricky backing out of the parking space into the road because the parked cars on the street hid oncoming traffic, but that is just a function of where it is located- you would have that in many places in downtown St. John's.

Highly recommended

Great central location, quiet. Lots of room. Having a dedicated parking spot(covered). Having a washer and dryer was great. Our only suggestion would be bigger towels.
