Located within 15 min walk to Village Mall, Bank, Supermarket, Fast Food restaurants, and public transportation. Also just 10 - 15 min drive to popular downtown, attractions, and hospitals. Whether your trip is for business, medical, or pleasure you are sure to find this place to be like a home away from home experience with all the amenities you could possibly need.

St. John’s family vacation

We had a great vacation at this rental. The house was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we visit St. John’s in the future!

Convenient and quiet

Conveniently located quiet area of St. John's. Clean home with everything you need to enjoy the time away from home. The outdoor space was a nice bonus for the warm summer nights.

Spacious, clean, lots of extras provided in kitchen/fridge and cupboard. We cooked our meals in for 2 days and had everything we needed to bbq as well.

Home away from home

I brought my daughter and her friends to see a concert. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The location was perfect as well. Plan to come and stay in St Johns again as the weather gets warmer and will definitely be trying to book the same house. Thank you.

Great place to stay, close to bus routes, easy to get downtown if you didn't have a vehicle. Close to a shopping centre. House was clean and met all our needs.

The property had all the comforts of home and was very clean. Location is close to many amenities and the downtown core. Brenda, our host was excellent and made sure we were comfortable the whole time we were there. Would highly recommend if visiting Newfoundland.
