The front entrance is down a private walkway to the side door, where you enter into a foyer with a hall closet for extra storage, a full bath, and the primary bedroom. This bedroom features a modern four-poster queen bed, built-in closets, and opens to the charming screened-in front porch. This porch, complete with two rockers and a trunk holding barbeque tools, is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed morning coffee or a glass of wine after a day spent at the beach. The full bath has a large walk-in shower, heated flooring, and a new stacking washer and dryer cleverly included.

Up the stairs to the expansive open kitchen and living area. The custom kitchen has a large counter with bar seating for two that serves as the dining area. As well, you will find all-new stainless-steel appliances, a five burner gas cooktop, a farmhouse sink, and even a wine fridge. The refrigerator and freezer are drawer-style. The living area adjacent to the kitchen is wrapped with windows for plenty of natural light. There is a delightful open balcony off the living room with seating for two, a perfect place to watch the world go by along Forest Street. The cottage comfortably sleeps four with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
