Welcome to your beachfront retreat! Renovated and freshly painted in January 2024, this beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and all the comforts of home — with a relaxing vacation vibe built in.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living area with a 55” 4K Smart TV and a comfy sleeper sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up your favorite meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails from the private balcony, complete with two sets of high-back Berlin Gardens chairs — and take in panoramic views of sugar-white sands and emerald waters.

The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, 40” TV, and a hotel-style safe for your peace of mind. An inset bunk bed in the hallway offers a cozy sleeping nook for kids or adults, conveniently located across from the second full bathroom. This unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Wonderful vacation

The condo is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Enjoy having beach service so we don’t have to carry so much stuff to set up. The owner is easy to work with and takes care of any issues very quickly.

John is a top notch person to deal with. Everything was very easy and explained very well for check-in and check out and throughout our stay. The condo was in perfect shape and everything was so convenient. We even had a couple things left behind and John worked with the housekeeping team to make sure we got the items back quickly. Thanks so much and can’t wait to come back!

New to Georgetown, KY, John and Linda have been married for 36 years and are proud parents of three grown children. They were both born and raised in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and are alumni of Northern Kentucky University, the University of Kentucky, and Xavier University.

John is a retired Account Executive from Cummins Inc. and now personally manages two condos—903W and 1803E—while also actively participating in the Calypso Resort COA. Linda, also retired, worked in Accounting and Human Resources Management.

Family is central to their lives—they’re proud parents of two Eagle Scouts and a former college soccer player.
