Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. Comes with beach chairs. Nothing outstanding. Bathrooms could use update. The door on the master bedroom did not open to the water. The lock was broken off. Clean and comfortable

Calypso Towers on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in a perfect location and large to accommodate family. Incredible views. There were extra beach chairs, skim boards, and toys in the closet which was a nice surprise. The unit itself is in need of a deep clean and updated/refreshed furniture. The couch fabric was dirty, vent areas have not been cleaned/dusted, baseboards not wiped down in a while, patio furniture starting to deteriorate. The contents of the unit also need to be organized. Most cabinets had "stuff" just thrown in them. Overall, a nice unit that just needs a refresh.

The condo was super nice and a perfect location for our family. We loved the balcony view on the 9th floor. Pier park was convenient for many of our evenings. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great week.

The location is wonderful!! The unit was clean overall but had a few things that needed attention such as stains on the couch and the bedding on the top bunk bed was covered in dust. The unit fit our needs perfectly.

Check in was really easy and the condo was clean when we arrived. The only thing that kind of stinks is that there is no early check ins. When we arrived the a/c was set to 64 but it was 78 in the condo. We contacted the property manager and they gave us some instructions to get it reset and it began working properly. It worked perfectly the rest of the week we were there. The condo came pretty stocked, but make sure to bring kitchen hand towels as we only found one in the condo. (Extra bath towels are under the sink in the master bath) They had all of the dishes we needed, but the lids for pots and pans were mismatched. We were able to make it work, so no big deal. There are 4 outdoor chairs for the patio, and 3 in the corner that are torn up, so we were unable to use those, but it was fine. They also had a few sand/beach toys to use while we were there. Overall we would definitely stay again. The view was spectacular and the condo was perfect for what we needed. There were a few (very) minor inconveniences as I mentioned, but we really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious and clean condo overlooking the beach. Tiki bar was very nice and had excellent bartenders. Caroline at Calypso front desk and gift shop was especially helpful in resolving our issues with our parking pass. She was able to find the parking email and printed the pass for us.

The condo was nice & we had a great time ! My only suggestions- provide a broom/dust pan, & the bath towels are a little small! Otherwise everything was perfect !

Thank you Jeff I’m glad you enjoyed your stay we did ask you if we could have the professional steam cleaning company steam cleaning the sofa but she did not want to have them come while you were here we have had that trouble for several weeks in a row since the steam cleaning company only work Monday through Friday.

Beach vacation at Calypso Resort

We had a great vacation at our condo at Panama City Beach. Parking was easy and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked. Amazing views.
