Beautiful renovated stately home, one of the original founder's homes of Three Oaks! Just around the corner from the Journeyman Distillery and all downtown Three Oaks has to offer! (5 minute walk to the heart of downtown Three Oaks)
Attic has been finished to add an additional 600 sq feet, featuring a bedroom, dressing room, living room with gas fireplace, ensuite bath with walk-in shower with rain shower head, large vanity. Attic is accessible through the upstairs bathroom, which has a private toilet closet.
All bedrooms upstairs. Home offers beautiful designer furnishings, 3 comfortable king sized bedrooms and 1 queen, 3 large full bathrooms, (one upstairs with a marble shower, one downstairs with a tub/shower, attic ensuite with a rain shower), an attic living room with gas fireplace, a formal living room for cocktails and a spacious TV living room for cozy hangouts by the wood burning fireplace. Additional guests may sleep on the daybed in this room.
Marble updated kitchen features new appliances, a large washer and dryer, and granite countertops for easy cooking and entertaining.
The large private yard, with backyard fully fenced in, features a large deck with outdoor sofa and chair, dining table and lush garden with firepit area and a gas grill await your stay.

Absolutely gorgeous home. Completely renovated inside and extremely well done. Plenty of space for our family of 5 doggo to spread out. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Location is very walkable to downtown Three Oaks and a great launching point for other towns in SW Michigan. Host was very responsive as well. Would not hesitate to recommend / stay again. Thank you!

Carla has the most beautiful home, cleverly decorated. It blended Victorian and Boho Chic. The black-and-white photographs show their appreciation for and love of the area. The bedrooms were very comfortable with King-size beds, and the top-floor space was exquisite. It was like you were staying in a private hotel room with its own minibar. I highly recommend staying at the property if you plan on visiting Michigan City, Indiana. It is an easy 25-minute drive to the lake. The area was idyllic, and Three Oaks was a quaint little town, close to great restaurants and shops.

Beautiful house with Plenty of room. My dog loved the backyard with a fence. All the comforts of home. Will visit again. Location was close to everthing.

This is a great place! You always see listings for places that sleep 8...as long as three of them don't mind sleeping on the floor or pull out couches. Carla's place offers comfortable sleeping for 8 adults in 4 real bedrooms (no alcoves) and no bunkbeds.The rest of the place is great too. Plenty of nicely decorated space for 8 adults. large rooms, lots of comfortable seating, Big kitchen. Nice outdoor space as well. The hosts are accommodating and attentive with great communication. A truly great stay!

Absolutely a perfect place to vacation. The house was amazing! Fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Lots of room to accommodate everyone. The location was great. Only a couple of blocks from Three Oaks and a short drive to the beach. We will definitely come back!

Great Getaway
Our second stay here and just as enjoyable as the first time. Plenty of room to spread out, with three floors available for living and sleeping. Love the kitchen island for food prep, and the dining room table was great for eating and playing games. Highly recommend!

More than stunning
This house was the best rental we have ever done on our multiple girls weekends. Great amenities and the most comfortable beds and pillows. Great location too. So much fun.

Great house for all seasons!
Very comfortable home with historic layout that allowed for ample room. Comfortable beds with soft sheets. House had everything we needed.

Lovely stay in Three Oaks!
We had a fun long weekend of games and time in New Buffalo! The house is very convenient to walk to the main shopping area / restaurants in Three Oaks!

Family Vacation
The house was as wonderful as advertised! Very clean and very comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the beaches. We would definitely come back for another family vacation!

Beautiful, well-appointed home. It is much larger than the photos represent! Plenty of room to have personal space while accommodating several people. Very comfy beds! We loved the cozy family room and playing board games. Downtown Three Oaks was a quick walk, with cute coffee shops and antiques etc. Easy access to the South Shore to get to the city, yet secluded enough to feel like a peaceful escape at the end of a long day. 10/10 would rent again, my entire family commented on how much they loved the home.

Great spot for full family fun
We had a great stay with our family of ranging in age from 2-72! It was very walkable to all of the great restaurants and shopping in Three Oaks, as well as quick car rides to new buffalo, sawyer, and the Warren dunes. The house was clean and updated and had all of the necessities. Carla was very communicative and made everything very easy.

The Perfect Vacation House
We were absolutely blown away by the thoughtful accommodations, cleanliness, and luxuries of this home!! One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at and such a unique experience. This was our first time in Three Oaks, and the town did not disappoint either. Cozy with incredible shops, restaurants, and the friendliest locals. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely home
We enjoyed our stay here for Christmas. The house was very warm and charming. The communication was excellent and we appreciated being able to come a day early, due to the storm. We would definitely stay here again next year if we come.
