Welcome to our Premier condo in Helen right on the River! Our beautifully decorated, cozy home was just painted throughout & we have installed a new modular sofa bed, updated the bar stools and hanging cafe lights on the deck. Our home is an impeccably clean 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is your perfect getaway. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 in the living room. It is Nestled in the heart of the charming Bavarian town of Helen, GA, We also installed a noise machine and magnetic phone charger in each of the suites for those that want or need the sounds for a great nights sleep. You’ll be just a short stroll away from delightful shops, delicious restaurants, the thrilling mountain coaster, and fun tubing adventures. Plus, you’re only a 20-minute drive from breathtaking hiking trails and waterfalls. For fishing enthusiasts, there’s trout fishing just 50 feet from your doorstep. Come and experience the magic of River life! We have so many fun activities in Helen, there are now  indoor Pickle Ball courts on Escowee Drive. there is Yonah Mountain, Jumping goat cafe and winery, zip lining, tubing, fishing, Horseback riding, and you can even pet a capybara at the capybara cafe to mingle with the little rascals. There is fun for everyone!

The location was perfect! Everything was so clean and cozy. The view from the porch was wonderful and the way you enter and exit the rental felt safe and protected us from the rain when carrying our luggage from the car to the condo.

The listing perfectly describes this relaxing unit right on the river. The cart and elevator were a great touch for bringing in personal items. The unit is walkable to all of Helen. It was particularly convenient for tubing.

Very clean, spacious rental. Comfy beds. Very nice screened in porch with plenty of seating. Owners very welcoming and helpful. I would give a 10/10 and will definitely be renting again! One of the best rentals I have been to in Helen!

This was the perfect location for a girls trip! My best friend and I enjoyed it so much! It was so convenient and we were able to park our car and walk into town to explore. This saved us a lot of money as parking is 10/ day downtown! We enjoyed coming back in the late afternoon to relax a while before going out to dinner. It was neat to see everyone tubing down the river from the screened in back porch and/or window. We also had our coffee and morning chats out there and will definitely be back!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home on the Chattahoochee with us:)

Conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. Enjoyed sitting by the river with the family and doing a little trout fishing. Definitely staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The location was excellent very close to all the shops & places to eat in Helen but still very quiet. The river in the backyard you could hear from the screen porch was a wonderful bonus. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to Helen.

The location was fantastic as we were able to walk to everything and didn’t have to worry about paying for parking. It was clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The view of the river was awesome. Would love to come back when it’s warm enough so we can float down it!

Great place to stay!

This is an awesome place to stay while in Helen. It is within walking distance of everything you want to see and do in town and a short drive to any of the wineries or golf courses in the area.

We are the owners and been hosts for almost 5 years and really enjoy being a Host and knowing our guests are enjoying our home! We just listed another wonderful 2 bed room 2 bath property in the same building so you can bring even more friends and family please inquire so we can check the calendars!!

After many viewings we decided on this home because of the location, unobstructed views and being in down town HELEN making it close enough to walk. It also has an elevator for our older family members. In our opinion the best maintained property of this type in Helen and have admired it for years. The property had a new roof installed in 2021 and the exterior of all the building just painted in late 2023. All our owners love their properties and it shows!

Has an elevator for those that do not like to navigate stairs, it is right in downtown Helen so it is within walking distance to everything and has private river access and a screened in deck overlooking the River that we Love!
