Great Host's

Condo was great and so were the hosts. Located a few minutes walk from downtown. The creek was beautifully Located in the back yard. No bad things to say. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

GREATNESS

Showed up for a much needed long weekend away. The rental was OUTSTANDING.... plenty of room, enjoyed screened in porch for morning coffee and afternoon drinks, cozy fireplaces, and a well stocked kitchen.Location was superb, walked to all Helen attractions.We will definitely be back.... and will bring my fly rod!!

Our Third Year At This Place

We have stayed three years in a row at this location. It would be difficult to find a better place to stay and visit Helen GA. It is the perfect location to the fest hall and everything else. We plan on staying here a fourth year!

So Beautiful

The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything you could think of, the view of the river was so beautiful. The fireplaces were awesome. The jacuzzi was so nice. All the furniture was so comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. We loved it!!!!!! You can walk to everything in town. It was just perfect.

Great place to stay!

This is an awesome place to stay while in Helen. It is within walking distance of everything you want to see and do in town and a short drive to any of the wineries or golf courses in the area.

Perfect Place For Us!

This was our second year in a row at Riverlife. It’s comfortable, cozy and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. The best part for us is the location. The view is beautiful and we can easily walk to our favorite shops and restaurants. The host is very responsive and we really enjoyed the Christmas tree and decor.

Great place to stay!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything. The rental is stocked with everything you would need. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location

The condo is walking distance to everything. Great for two couples to have our own bathrooms! Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the screened deck for morning coffee and view of tubers in the river. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and very clean

The condo is located right on the river. Walking distance to several restaurants/shops which is great because there is a $10 parking fee in most of Helen. Great place for a family trip.

Amazing Location with River Views

This place was wonderful! It is located in the heart of Helen so you can walk to everything in town. The river views from the porch were beautiful. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The location is within walking distance to everything in town but makes you feel like you are a little secluded with the river right by the condo.

My Wife and I have loved Helen and the river for many years and decided to make this our second Home and share it will friends and family. We are the owners and been hosts for almost 5 years and really enjoy being a Host and knowing our guests are enjoying our home! We just listed another wonderful 2 bed room 2 bath property in the same building so you can bring even more friends and family please inquire so we can check the calendars!!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

After many viewings we decided on this home because of the location, unobstructed views and being in down town HELEN making it close enough to walk. It also has an elevator for our older family members. In our opinion the best maintained property of this type in Helen and have admired it for years. The property had a new roof installed in 2021 and the exterior of all the building just painted in late 2023. All our owners love their properties and it shows!

Has an elevator for those that do not like to navigate stairs, it is right in downtown Helen so it is within walking distance to everything and has private river access and a screened in deck overlooking the River that we Love!
