King bed and Standard size bed. Small kitchenette includes mini-fridge, microwave, new wave oven, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, small stove/oven and dishwasher. Walk in closet for storage with iron and ironing board. Property has swimming pool, barbeque grills, out door showers and beach access. Our floor has outdoor seating to view sunsets, designated smoking area and full coin laundry facilities.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent and very effective. The property was also conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants, and other nearby amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others!

We really enjoyed the studio apartment! Everything we needed was provided and the king mattress slept so nice! Everything was clean and view was beautiful! Nice and easy walk to the beach. The pool was nice and large! We rented the chairs and umbrella for the beach which was very relaxing! The host was also easy to communicate with which put me at ease. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We had a great stay. It was a great location and the pool area great. It had games for the teenagers a snack bar that had food and drinks. The only thing we wish the room had was a keypad so we didn’t have the keys or the key lock thing to use. We’ll definitely stay again!

Nice stay with great view.

This was our first time at Top of the Gulf and we LOVED it! Very family friendly, great pool and kiddie pool with a snack shack, great outdoor seating areas and easy beach access. As for the room, it had an amazing beach view to wake up to every morning and had all of the necessities our family of 4 needed. We would definitely stay here again.

ANOTHER GREAT ANNIVERSARY GETAWAY

This property is just amazing we have stayed here twice now and it has been GREAT both times!!!!! If we come back next year I really hope we can stay here!!! A+++++++

Perfect view

Overall everything was great. Perfect little getaway spot with the family. Price was on point, king bed was comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Only reason i gave it a 4 on cleaning was it could use a little tlc but nothing i couldn't live with.

Beach getaway

Little confusing when we arrived on where to find the key, since office was closed. Room was nice for what we was there for. Kitchen light was out, I would stay there again

Beautiful view !! Stay and room was ok. Definitely needs some updating and elbow grease. Very disappointed that there wasn’t a balcony and if you have trouble walking long distances, this is not the room for you. Almost needed an Uber to get there from the elevator !!
