Waterfront 1 Bedroom and 1Bathroom bayside condo DIRECTLY overlooking beautiful Boca Ceiga Bay. Fully furnished unit with your own private waterfront balconies, overlooking the bay and the romantic gold coast sunsets. Heated swimming in the winter and Jacuzzi. Cozy, comfortable and tropical style
Dolphins are spotted in the bay while you are swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. Shore birds are viewed daily and Bottle Nose Dolphins and manatee's can be seen.

Snook, Redfish and Sea Trout frequent the grass flats just a short walk off the beach for wade fishing, or bring your boat, excellent launch ramps are nearby.

Condo includes upgraded granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, bar stools, king size bed, sofa that can be pulled out to sleep two. Everything you will need for entertainment. You just need to bring your swimsuit.

Restaurants are nearby - Outback Steakhouse, Cody's, Steak & Shake are just a few. Or you can stop at nearby supermarket to pick up something to throw on the grill on the common area on your way back from the beach. Lots of activities nearby. Quick access to Pinellas Walking Trail, John's Pass and the BEACHES are within minutes from the condo or by boat. The closest beach is Madeira Beach - 2.7 miles by car.

Great Place to Stay

The condo was wonderful. Gertrude was a great communicator and checked on us to make sure everything was as expected. I highly recommend this condo and any condo Gertrude manages.

The Condo was clean, well furnished and the 4th floor location away from the highway was great! The view overlooking the bay was fantastic! Gertrude was very responsive to any questions I had . I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was everything the description said and more. The view was just amazing, with a sweeping view of Boca Ciega Bay. Everything was very clean, I was impressed. The bed and other furniture were clean and comfortable. The host is very nice and accommodating. I’m looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful view

I was very happy with the view and balcony. The condo was very clean. The location was great close to everything. I was disappointed in the living room furniture very uncomfortable and not what was in the picture. I also feel that the shower needed a few things fixed- shower head was covered in lime buildup, and for safety there should be something in the tub to prevent slipping. Also the two rolls of toilet paper were the thinnest and cheapest. Also there were two tissues in the box. Lastly the pool code was wrong and thankfully a neighbor advised the proper code.

Nice place, great view

It was good. Pool and hot tub closing at dusk was a surprise. Fairly quiet, great views. Traffic heavy.

Perfect condo

This property was amazing! The location was great and in a safe area. The view couldn't have been better! We loved the balcony overlooking the bay watching the boats everyday! The beach to swim was an easy 5 minute drive away. Many stores and restaurants are close by. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a very welcoming homely vibe. It had all the supplies we needed during our stay. Gertrude, the host was wonderful. She was very attenuative and responded right away when booking and thru out our stay. The check in process was simple and we had a late check in. She was also very accommodating and let us have a late check out. Overall, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay, we will be back!

Wonderful

We scheduled a long weekend escape and it did not disappoint. We hated to leave. Everything was perfect. Will definitely be returning in the spring. Gertrude was so easy to work with and the property had everything we needed. Thank you Bob and Ruth Crowe.

Thank you Gertrude for sharing your wonderful condo with us! We loved watching the boats come and go each day! The night lights were beautiful and everything about the condo was great! Will definitely stay again next time we go to see our son and daughter-in-law!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful experience. Gertrude was very helpful and accommodating. The place was very nice, beautiful views and very close to a super Walmart and Target. We had a very nice time - the pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice!

Florida Vacation

We loved the condo and the location! The property manager, Gertrude, was exceptional to work with. This was our 6th stay at the Boca Ceiga condominiums, and we have never been disappointed.

Great condo all around!! Excellent location, view and comfort.

We really enjoyed the condo and will be back. The bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever had. I even took a picture of what mattress it was so we can get one!! Unfortunately my husband had a heart attack during our stay. We were very pleased with the response time and care of the local EMS and medical team. After our departure I let Gertrude know what happened. She was very caring and has even checked on us several times after we left. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful place for relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this condo. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the marina next-door as well as looking for across the bay to the hotels around the beach. The condo is well located for getting to the beach and into downtown St. Petersburg. The condo was exactly as advertised. We’ve been renting a VRBO‘s for 20 years and have always been pleased. My only suggestion would be a nightlight in either the bathroom or where the plug-in scent was located. We would stay there again and will recommend it to others. Thank you Gertrude and cleaning crew.

Wonderful stay 112 Boca Ciega Bay

This is a wonderful condo, located facing Boca Ciega Bay! Fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay! Owner was wonderful to work with, very quick to respond and address any issues. Very satisfied with whole experience! Would definitely rent from this host again! Beautiful location, dolphins swimming right in front of the unit! Gorgeous sunsets! Whole complex was well taken care of and very clean. Beautiful clean pool and hot tub Pet friendly. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful

This was one of the most relaxing vacations. Our condo was guiet with all the amenities we needed. The property was well maintained and Gertrude was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property and will definately be returning.
