Great spot, awesome location. The condo is very clean and functional. We had a super fun Chicago wknd, and I'd definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Communication with host was quick and responsive, I did not have any issues, but feel Jim would be very prompt in addressing anything that would come up. I am definitely going to try and stay at this location if I ever visit Andersonville again.

I stayed here in June with a friend, and rented it again for my family. Like before, it was a wonderful place to stay! Cozy, close to shops and restaurants- quiet and safe.

We loved our time at this rental in Andersonville! What a great location and so very quiet overnight for sleeping! Beds were comfy, other spaces were comfy! Great experience! Loved the peaceful neighborhood!

Loved our stay! We stayed for two days for a concert at Aragorn Ballroom, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Jim kindly provided recommendations for places to eat, and the apartment was so spacious and clean! Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely lovely place. Clean, modern, full of all the amenities that you’d want. The neighborhood is great too and very good location for our needs. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful and clean property. Great host and even though it was the bottom floor it was stompy or loud above us. Just a great Andersonville spot overall

Great place to stay! Very nice 2 bedroom apartment with great amenities. The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean and in a great location. The host communicated well throughout our stay and we will most definitely look to stay here next time when are in the area.

Jim is an amazing host. He checked in with us throughout our stay, recommending places to visit in the area and seeing if we needed anything. The apartment is adorable and there are nice little touches everywhere. The neighborhood is great and there are a lot of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The train is also close by. We had no issues finding street parking which is almost unheard of in Chicago! We will definitely be back for our next weekend getaway in Chicago!

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, and within walking distance of the north end of Andersonville (grocery store, restaurants, bars). Also a very quiet area! The host was very responsive to any questions or requests.

Very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend! It was the perfect home for myself, my husband and our adult daughter to stay for her graduation from Loyola. Not only was it a short distance from the campus, we also had tons of excellent dining and retail options nearby to enjoy. Andersonville is a gem! Jim is a fantastic communicative host and the home is impeccably clean and well decorated. Building and unit felt secure and parking was easy. No complaints and would definitely stay here again!

One of the nicest places I have ever booked! Fabulous decor and neighborhood is very family friendly and LGBTQ friendly and walkable. The place is spacious, modern, charming, and spotless! It has every amenity one needs. The bathroom is wonderful and kitchen was great! It is 2 blocks to the main drag of restaurants and shops. Grocery is one block away. The train is 5 blocks away.
