Waterfront 3-bedroom/2-bath home, sandy beach, fantastic boathouse, decks, amenities galore and ‘Big Water’ access. Ideally located near restaurants, stores and 30 minutes from Auburn!
This beauty is custom decorated in Lake Motif, absolutely stunning! Our home offers incredible views of the lake, fully stocked kitchen, 75-inch big screen and TV`s in each bedroom. Relax lakeside on the sandy beach, in boat house, on deck or on the dock. Great swimming and fishing and boat parking!

This beauty has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests. Offering a prime location just 25 miles from Auburn and a gorgeous view of Lake Martin. Our home is brand new! It was just completed in May 2019. The house is custom decorated in Lake Motif, absolutely stunning! Our home offers incredible views of the lake. Our kitchen is fully stocked. In the dining room is a custom built farm table that comfortably seats 10 guests and the kitchen island seats another two.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and each bedroom includes a flat screen TV! The master bedroom is extremely large with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area. The 3rd bedroom is decorated Americana style, (we love our USA!) It has two sets of bunkbeds. If you are looking for the perfect get away for yourself and your family, then look no further! This is an ideal setting nestled in a private slough close to Chimney Rock, Chuck’s Marina and the Big Water of pristine Lake Martin!
Relax lakeside on the dock or in the massive 1,600 square foot boathouse and pavilion watching the family enjoy the lake. With spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise you will find ample space for you and your family to enjoy all Lake Martin has to offer. And there is plenty of lawn chairs and outside furniture. Your kids, including adult kids, won`t ever get bored!
The property is situated in a private slough directly on the water. This location makes it a safe and relaxing spot for floating and swimming. Very kid friendly. Great swimming area in a safe non- boat traffic area. Secure your boat and PWC in boathouse or on the dock. There is plenty of room for several boats! This home has everything you need for the ultimate lakeside retreat! Great for families, fishing and hunting excursions, a peaceful retreat, attending Auburn Football or other Auburn events.
FYI: We purchased this 2 1/2 acre property with 280 feet of waterfront in 2018. Holiday Cove is a 4-house vacation rental complex on Lake Martin in Dadeville, Alabama. The houses share 2 separate picnic areas with tables, chairs, BBQ grill, private sandy beach, and fire pit. The houses also share a common boat house that will accommodate 4 full-size boats, a pier where 2 boats can tie-up, and a 25’X30’ covered pavilion with plenty of tables and chairs. The boathouse and pavilion provide 1,600 square feet of covered, shaded space. These 4 houses can sleep 46 people. Perfect for large family gatherings! Each house has lake views and lake access. The property is gorgeous!

Vacation Property Rental Agreement
This Vacation Property Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement) is for the property located at: __60 Dogwood Drive, Dadeville AL 36853_HOUSE #3____________ [Address of Vacation Property], a _3 Bedroom 2 Bath_Lakehouse________________________
[Description of Property], hereinafter referred to as “Unit.”


I. SECURITY/DAMAGE AGREEMENT

1. Security Deposit. A security deposit of $ __300___ has been deposited with the Property Owner, or Property Owner’s designated agent (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”), in trust, as security for the performance by the Tenants of the terms under this rental agreement set forth following, and for any damages caused by Tenants, Tenants’ family, agents and visitors (hereinafter collectively called “Tenants”) to the premises or furnishings during the rental period. Owner may use part or all of the security deposit to repair any damage to the Unit cause by Tenants. However, Owner is not limited to just the security deposit portion of any security deposit amount and Tenants remain liable for any balance.

2. Key Charge. A $_25_ fee will be charged to Tenants for failure to return any and all Unit related keys and/or gate access cards* (*if applicable). Such charge shall be deducted from the security deposit.

3. Cleaning. Cleaning fee is $125.00. All debris, rubbish and discards must be placed in garbage can, and soiled dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Tenants shall be responsible for any undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the unit immediately subsequent to the Tenants’ departure.

4. Damage charge. Any damage charges incurred by the Tenants not covered by the security deposit listed above shall be paid by Tenant within a timely manner.

III. CHECK-IN/CHECK -OUT PROCEDURE

1. Check-In. Check-in time is _4:00 pm_ on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation begins. No early check-ins absent prior consent of Owners. Two days prior to arrival, Tenants will be given their key code as well as any special instructions or updates that may be applicable to the Unit.

2. Check-Out. Check-out time is _11:00_ on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation ends. Any delay in check-out, absent prior consent of Owners shall result in Tenants being charged for another night’s stay.

IV. USE AND ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND PROPERTY

1. Use of Premises. Tenants shall only use the Premises as a residence. The premises shall not be used to carry on any type of business or trade, without prior written consent of Owner. Tenants will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use of the premises.

2. Quiet Enjoyment. Tenants shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the premises, and Owner will not interfere with that right, as long as tenants do not interfere with those rights of other tenants.

3. Smoking. This is a NON SMOKING HOME.

4. Pets. PETS are not permitted.

5. Furnishings. The units are furnished and equipped by the Owner to owner’s taste. All units are set up for light housekeeping, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Unit is stocked with at least one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and an initial roll of paper towels. All cleaning products are provided. Bath towels and linens are provided by owner. Beach towels are not provided. Please don’t bring bath towels to the lake.

6. Use of Grills. There are two charcoal grills, one in the front picnic area and the other by the boathouse.

7. Locked Areas. Areas that are locked, such as Owner’s personal storage spaces, for which Tenants are not provided a key, are off limits to the Tenants. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of this agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and Tenants will be liable for any damage and/or missing items.

8. Falsified Reservations. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

9. Written Exceptions. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

10. Water and Septic. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages of up to five hundred dollars ($500).

11. If it is determined that the reserved number of guests has been exceeded, guests will forfeit their deposit.

V. HOLD HARMLESS

1. Owner attempts to maintain the Units in the best of condition. Owner expresses no guarantees, express or implied, regarding suitability or fitability for any particular purpose. Owner does guarantee that appropriate repair and/or replacement will be performed as soon as possible under prevailing circumstances. It is Tenant’s responsibility to immediately notify Owner of any issues that they incur during their stay so that the repair and/or replacement may be promptly taken care of. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences for which Owner has no immediate control. Owner
shall not be held liable, or otherwise take any responsibility, for any injuries that may occur to Tenant, and/or Tenant’s invitee, that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional, unintentional, negligent, or careless acts of said Tenants, and/or invitees. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Tenant agrees to forever holdharmless and indemnify Owner form any liability and/or responsibility arising there from.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT, COMBINED WITH ANY AND ALL
COMMUNITY RULES AND REGULATIONS (IF APPLICABLE) SERVES AS THE
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. NO ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ARE EXPRESSSED NOR
IMPLIED. THIS AGREEMENT SUPERCEDES ANY AN ALL PREVIOUS ORAL

This lake house is such a gem! We’re so glad to have found you. It worked out so good for family in two rooms on one side of the house and the master bedroom on the other side. The house is immaculate, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous spot on the lake, and helpful instructions from the host. We look forward to staying again and again!

Awesome Stay!

The house was clean and comfortable! The hosts were super friendly and cery accessible if we needed anything. This is a great location in the cove to get away from the busy lake traffic. Kids can thoroughly enjoy the sand beach with both shallow and deeper water options. We were able to easily dock our pontoon boat as well. We woukd certainly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house on Lake Martin. We were there for our daughter‘s college graduation from Auburn University. The house was so beautifully decorated and was very very clean. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic getaway

We went as a getaway from stress and it was just that! 4 kids ages from 6-10 enjoyed everything! Wonderful beach area where they stayed playing or in the water. Definitely be back.

We chose this location because of the private beach for my 2.5 year old, which was a huge hit. Some basic toiletries like shampoo/conditioner/soap would have been nice but otherwise everything was great. The blinds in the bunk bedroom were broken so we couldn’t get it as dark as we’d have liked for the baby. Not a dealbreaker thoug

Late Summer - Early Fall get away!

It was the perfect weekend to choose! The weather was perfect, we enjoyed sitting on the porch looking out at the lake, it was cool fresh air! Holiday Cove it set up that if you had a large family and needed more than one place, they have 4 homes within walking distance of each other. It’s just a nice and very clean area. My daughter said to me it was one of the most relaxing vacations she’s had in a while! I would recommend this place to anyone needing a much needed get away!!!!

Lake Weekend

This place has something for everyone. Our group loved spending time at the beach and the boat house. There were plenty of water toys to use. The house was spotless and had plenty of space. Would definitely book a return trip in the future.

We had the best weekend at the lake. The house had everything we needed. We rented the pontoon boat too and it was so fun to use to meet up with other family on other parts of the lake. We plan on going back next year!

Lake Martin/Auburn visit

We booked and stayed over our spring break from Maryland to experience Lake Martin and visit our daughter who is a student at AU! The house and property are exactly as described. The distance to local stores and restaurants were very convenient. Many restaurants by boat and seasonal places are not open yet so that was a bit disappointing but would make another trip in the summer that much more enjoyable! The beds, sheets, towels are very comfortable, communication with the owners was easy and they were available to answer any questions. Beautiful, peaceful and serene. We will definitely be back!

Overall pretty good

Overall the place was great! The house was as listed, nice and clean, while having all the amenities disclosed. The location offered a great view of the water and was peaceful during the morning as the sun came up. We were however a little dismayed to realize most of the outside amenities (firepit, adirondack chairs, hammock, cornhole, etc), were basically all right next to house #4 and not centrally located. This would not normally be a problem I imagine, but it is all dependent upon who are in the other houses. For us, house #4 was visited by about 10-12 'frat age' men and another 6-8 young 20ish occupants in the house above us. We were young once as well and do not begrudge their activities, just didn't necessarily want our kids near drinking, etc. I should mention they were all cordial and respectful, not loud, etc. They did however unintentionally monopolize most of the common areas throughout the day, making it unusable for our younger kids. With all that said, it would be nice to have had additional cornhole or firepits near the other houses so multiple houses could use. I had almost brought our own cornhole board but saw the one listed and decided not to. In conclusion, a great little house with an awesome but maybe just a small caution in that it, due to the close proximity of the other houses on the premises, and considering that some house up to 14 people, it really all depends on who has rented the other houses.

Amazing stay on Lake Martin!

We had a wonderful time staying at Holiday Cove! The house was well equipped, beautifully updated, and right on the lake in a great location. We met the owners and they were just lovely people! They told us about all of the best places to eat on the lake. :) Our kids enjoyed using the kayaks and swimming off the large covered boat dock. The lakefront area is really cool with a beach area and Adirondack chairs to relax in. We would highly recommend Holiday Cove and can’t wait to return for another stay!
