OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN COMBINATION:   The cottage boasts an open concept design with a combined living room and kitchen area. This layout offers flexibility, allowing guests to choose between privacy for the bedroom or expanding the space onto the patio by opening the doors.

FULL SIZE PULL OUT:   The living area includes a full-size pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space if needed.

BEDROOM:   The bedroom features a queen-size bed, offering a comfortable sleeping area.

COMMON BATHROOM:   The cottage has a common bathroom with a tub/shower combination, providing convenience for guests.

APPLIANCES:   Modern amenities include a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, adding convenience for guests during their stay.

Peaceful Retreat

I really enjoyed my 3 day stay here. The property has wonderful amenities,I used the pool, the basketball courts and the beach. I appreciate the effort they made to keep the resort clean and well landscaped. I would definitely go back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our cottage was a delight. The owner takes good care of the property. It was spotless, comfortable and with lots of natural light coming through. The kitchen was well supplied. The washer/dryer came in very handy. We felt safe at night despite everything being dark outside. Two things to improve: the door lock needs to be fixed and the bug screens needs to be replaced around the unit.

Back to Lake Michigan!

Wonderful Get Away

My stay at Cottage 4A at Sleepy Hollow was all I could have hoped for and more. I needed some quiet time by myself away from work and family... and this was a beautiful spot to get just that. The beach and the view are spectacular, and I did much reading, resting, and reflecting (figuring out my work life) by the water. Cottage 4A is adorable and felt like a cozy, perfect-size place to rest, relax, read, and watch Netflix at night! I highly recommend a restorative stay at 4A and Sleepy Hollow to anyone!!

Tight but doable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a small unit. The sleeper couch in the LR is old but the kitchen was well stocked. You must pass through the bedroom to get to the back deck and patio. We spent a lot of time at the beach or the pool and the weather was perfect. Great staff at Sleepy Hollow makes your vacation a vacation.

Fabulous getaway !

Our children have great memories and the property offers wonderful Anne utube like a pool , tennis courts , bikes and a kids program. We love to take long walks into town for our morning coffee. Amazing Family Resort!

Love, love it! Our family really enjoyed the amenities: tennis, ping pong, beach, heated pool, playground, basketball courts, fire pits for smores, and free bicycles. Our condo was clean & comfy.
