So Cute!

clean, cute, cozy, quaint! Maybe not the best for lounging all day, but for a turn & burn trip which is what my sister and I did it was a cute overnight stay

As charming and modern as ever…

This is a jewel hidden in a stack of Nashville “studios.” (A little music pun for you guys.) Everything was super neat, clean, comfortable, the perfect size for one person or a couple. The parking spot was a nice touch. I had easy access to 31e and Gallatin which had so many food/coffee options. My conference was at the Gaylord Convention Center, and I could easily get there in 11 minutes. Host instructions were abundantly clear and friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others and stay again myself.

A perfect overnight stop

A really enjoyed my stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The host added character to this space that made it cozy and inviting. Having a carport was a plus the next morning when it was raining out.

Amazing stay

The host was so friendly and responsive, the location was easily accessible to everything, and the room was clean and very cute. We would definitely stay here again!

Super cute, convenient and cozy

I cannot say enough about how perfect this stay was for me for my short, fun trip. If all you need is a quaint place to stay for yourself or a couple and want to be on the go most of the time, this cute room is perfect. Very clean, modern decor, comfortable bed, nice quality shower amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner provided), cute lamp lighting, and a Keurig with assorted creamers/sugars for coffee in the morning. Beautiful windows all along one wall which gave nice light. The hostess, Shelby is the most kind and helpful host going out of her way to be helpful with sweet gestures throughout my stay. Without ever seeing her, I could tell she cares about her guests. The location was great. Coffee, a brewery, yoga, Italian all walking distance and Lyft rides also convenient to anywhere else. This will be my go-to place when traveling alone.

The little room downstairs

It’s a lovely little room with a bathroom and closet. The desk made it possible to work for a few hours and it’s a quiet neighborhood.

Basic but ok

A little smaller than I anticipated but maybe the square footage was listed and I missed it. It was very clean. It was super easy and close to get on and off the interstate. 3 miles to downtown Nashville. I would recommend a trash can other than the tiny one in the bathroom. Parking and entry were convenient. The room was warm and I couldn't locate a thermostat, but the ceiling fan helped. I stayed here for 16 hours and 8 of that was sleep and 5 was being downtown. It's not a room designed to hang out in much, so just be aware of that. It's really a place to rest your head. Cute though!

Unit was perfect for our mother daughter trip to Nashville. Wished unit was closer to downtown , but Ubers were timely and reasonable

Perfect Stay

Highly recommend staying at this property! I loved the decor and it had everything I needed for my one night stay. It was clean, comfortable, and check in/out was super easy. Shelby is a great host!

Quick drive to Broadway

Only a 6 minute drive to the Broadway parking garage. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Would have preferred a larger table to set food on, but we figured it all out. Bed very comfortable. Would stay again.

great little room right off McGavock

Cute room with bath. Well decorated. Great location. Private despite bring part of larger townhouse. Definitely will book again.

Exactly what we needed.

Loved our stay at Shelby's place. Was exactly what we needed for our short two night stay in Nashville. Just a short drive to the city. Shelby was so helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The room is decorated so dang cute as we are avid hikers! We will definitely stay again when in Nashville.
