TOWNHOUSE IN BEAUTIFUL SUNNYSIDE BEACH
2 Steps Away is our vacation townhouse featuring 2 bedrooms and three full baths. The bedrooms are on the second floor. The Master bedroom features a queen sized bed and full bath with tub and shower, and a walk-out deck with beautiful ocean views, and is especially good for lovely sunset views each evening. The guest bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, also with full private tub and shower bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. The full-size washer and dryer is located in a laundry closet in the guest bathroom.
We have recently put a roof on the rear patio, making it more sheltered and user-friendly. On the first floor there is a complete kitchen with every amenity needed to relax and enjoy your stay, including a toaster, blender, coffeemakers (drip and K-cup), dinnerware and glassware, seating for six at the repurposed antique door dining table. In the living area, a large sofa pulls out to a queen bed which brings the total number of people who can sleep in the townhouse to 8. There is also a full bath on the first floor with a walk-in shower. Outside the front door you will find a covered patio with an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand after a long day of play on the beach.
Our home is located on the pristine private beach of "Sunnyside". It is a wholly owned beach only available to the community of Sunnyside. No condos or other development overlooking the beach. Relax in peace and enjoy the beach without fighting for a spot to set up a tent or having to fight for a view of the ocean. The path to the ocean is directly in front of our home, and a very easy walk back and forth.
For your convenience, our townhouse has two reserved parking spaces marked in the lot by the number "2" painted on the pavement.
Our townhouse is a smoke free environment. Please contact us for details on our pet policy.

Great location. I was disappointed in the fact that the porches where not covered. The top porch has no cover and the bottom porch cover is the deck for the upper porch. Ok for shade, not so good for when it rains. The view of the beach is blocked by tall vegetation across the street. You still can see the water to the right of the building. The private beach was great. Overall this was a great vacation. I intend on coming back in the future. The host, John was great. He was a pleasure to work with. For the location it was well worth it and pet friendly. My dog loved siting in the front door watching the world go by.

Great location, great host. The house is right across from a private area of the beach, which was hardly ever crowded even in the middle of the day. Hope to stay here again on the next trip to PCB!

Great Location
Great location…super clean unit and well maintained…enjoyed the upper deck and road side covered patio..very easy beach access

Excellent Vacation Rental
Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful property. It was clean and exactly as described. The location is wonderful and the private beach is gorgeous.

Perfect spot!
This was our 3rd time staying here. It is such a great location and has everything our family needs for a fun, relaxing week at the beach. We appreciated some of the updates made since our last stay and hope to visit again. Easy check-in and good communication from the owner. Highly recommend this rental.

Great Place to Stay
We had a great stay. The property was clean and convenient to all the restaurants and shopping. The beach is private with none of the loud noise and crowds. It definitely makes our list of places to stay again. Hope to be back soon.

Family Vacation
We absolutely love this property. This is our second time staying here and we plan to come back again next year. The location is perfect and it’s just a short walk across the street to the beach!

Great Dog friendly condo!
Great pet friendly condo. It’s on the more quiet end of the beach which was nice for our family vacation. The owner, John, was a delight to deal with!

Family vacation
What a great stay for us! We always enjoy staying in Laguna Beach area. The beach was about a 2-3 minute walk, Thomas donuts and ice cream was a 5 minute drive and about 15 minute drive to the PCB Pier from the townhouse. We'll be back for sure

Great getaway quite area
Enjoyed this area and home. Everything that we needed. Close to shopping, dining if needed. Will definitely be back.

TWO STEPS AWAY...
This was a perfect location for our desire to get away and enjoy the beach and the water. It was quiet and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the time we had there. It's satisfied all of our needs.

Amazing stay!
We had the best time. The location was amazing. Easy walk across the dune to the non-crowded beach. The townhouse had plenty of space, all the necessities, very clean. We loved the easy access to the beach and how far we were from the hustle bustle of PCB.
We’d absolutely stay here again!

Just a great experience
We’ve stayed here multiple years now for obvious reasons. It’s just a great place in a convenient location. Here’s to hoping others don’t find it.

Great Sunnyside Vacation
Near enough to PCB and Pier Park but far enough away to be away from the crowds. Condo was great with beach access just a walk across the street. Very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely look forward to coming back to this condo.

Wonderful time!
John communicated well with us. The townhome was clean and inviting, and we were comfortable. The private beach across the road was fantastic! All in all, we had a terrific stay!
