Walk to Pier Park and Gulf World marine park. Two of the Panhandle's top attractions. Adventure on over and learn about sea life. Being in a central location, there is a variety of quality restaurants and shops that are within walking distance.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 22.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a nice stay. The condo was clean and neat. The view was great! There were a few minor detractors that can be easily fixed. Squeaky doors. An off track drawer. And some t v probs that were easily fixed by the building engineer. We definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing view

Spacious, very clean and a view that will take your breath away. There was only one floor above me so every time I got on elevator and hit 22 someone would comment something like “wow”.

Get a new mattress!!

We love the Calypso and always stay there when we visit. I was kind of already prepared because I read the reviews about the bed but I wasn’t expecting it to be that bad. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I understand a mattress is expensive but it at least needs a mattress topper. My body aches from the bed. The shower liner def needs to be changed. It’s extremely dirty. Other than these two issues, it was perfect.

Don’t stay here

This was an absolute disappointment for us. The condo was disgusting and was not cleaned. The sheets do not fit the king bed or pillows (too small). The blinds, curtains, bathroom sink and shower faucet were broken. Only one pool was open. The money they expect you to pay is ridiculous compared to the unit they provided us. I wish there was a place I could upload pictures of our stay. Never will book through Vacasa again because they can’t seem to resolve this.

Great time

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The only complaint I have is that the condo was a little dated. The couch and bed could use an update but other than that, it was nice.

Review of stay

Furniture was shabby and the bed covers were dirty and stained. Location; however, was excellent. We have stayed in several condos at the Calypso over the years but this one was a slight disappointment

Spring break

The unit itself wasn't too bad. Could use an update on the plates and coffee cups. Cleaning could have been better. The view couldn't be beat though. Very comfortable with 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). The complex is HUGE! Plan on waiting for elevators. The parking is across the street, there is a walkway to get there. Only 1 pool was open while we were there which was disappointing because it was too crowded with 3 buildings trying to get in the water.

Great location! Close to Pier Park and pier. Water was warm and crystal clear.

The condo was roomy and I liked being on the 22nd floor for the view. The elevators were slow but big enough to get all of your belongings.

We had such a great time.

This was our first time staying at the Calypso. We had such a great time. The condo was great with excellent views of the ocean. We enjoyed both pools and the beach chairs were great The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
