Experience coastal living at its finest in this recently renovated 1-bedroom beach condo, ideally situated within walking distance of everything Carpinteria has to offer. Less than a block from the beach and conveniently located in the heart of Carpinteria on Linden Ave. just steps to shops, restaurants & parks. The condo features a King sized bed with high end linens, as well as a full kitchen & bath, equipped with brand new appliances, fixtures & hardwood floors to elevate your beach getaway!

- New dishwasher
- Coffee maker: Nespresso, Pour over and drip coffee machine
- Microwave
- Coffee pods, a variety of tea, and filtered water in the fridge are provided
- counter eating area with two seats
Living Room:
- large, comfortable couch with pull out queen size bed
- smart TV & Premium cable: Netflix, Amazon, Hulu
Bedroom:
- King Bed with high end linens
- Clothing storage: spacious dresser and closet
- Walk in closet
- Portable air conditioning
- Central hear
Bathroom:
- Extra deep full size tub w/ rainfall shower head
- Large size vanity with storage
- New fixtures
- Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided
- Extra towels and paper goods provided
- Blow dryer
