This is a wonderful little cottage right on the beach. I lived in the outer banks 30 years ago and have visited ever since. This is a true outer banks house and is what makes the outer banks so special. It has everything you need.

Perfect location right on the beach! We have stayed at Sweet Tea several times and always have a wonderful time! Owners are quick to respond if we have any questions. Walking up every morning to the sunrise through the bedroom window is beautiful! We definitely plan to continue our yearly trip to Sweet Tea!

Sweet Tea cottage was perfect for the two of us! We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had fairly easy access to the beach using a short trail through the dune on the side of the house. We brought a couple of beach chairs and rented an umbrella that we put to good use most days.The host was extremely hospitable, quick to reply to a message or two and check in was super easy!

Nice place to stay

Really enjoyed the stay. The cottage is well equipped, everything is in working order, and the communication with the property managers was top notch.

Our first trip to the Outer Banks.

My husband and I had a great time. The cottage is very cute and clean,Great views. we didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back.

Great place

My wife and I greatly enjoyed are stay at the Sweet Tea Cottage. It was the perfect place to stay for our first visit to the Outer Banks. Thanks again for sharing your cottage and allowing us to have a great week.

The house is so tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and quiet. There are no neighbors on either side of the house and you can't beat the direct beach access. The hosts are great to work with and very responsive when issues arise.

loved our stay

we have stayed at kim's sister property twice and can say that the sweet tea is just as wonderful. the location was perfect, the house is cozy and is the perfect home away from home. thank you kim and mark for hosting another perfect stay for us this year.

Beachfront escape

Sweet Tea Cottage was everything we had hoped for our family vacation. The view from the deck is absolutely spectacular! Cottage was super Clean and in a great location.

Great beach vacation!

This was our second year staying at Sweet Tea Cottage. It was once again perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Mark and Kim make sure this cottage feels like your own home away from home. We’ll be staying again next year!

Super cute cottage in the dunes with a sailor theme. Beach was not crowded which was nice. Might be too small for two families as the main room is somewhat small but overall really nice place.

Beautifully renovated older cottage. Short walk over dune to beach. Great views. Excellent finishings and dishes/appliances. If you want oceanfront and small, not much better than this one. Good for 4 adults. After that, it gets crowded as you might expect.
