This was a perfect house! Everything you need for a relaxing vacation! The porch was amazing and had such beautiful views!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was in phenomenal shape! It was great having TVs in every room! I highly recommend the Lemonade Cottage for a small family to stay in! It was a perfect size for 3 of us and our dog! The beach entrance was close by and that was perfect!!!

Love this house and the owners were great! They were in touch during the week to check on us. The house was immaculate and updated. It was great for us that it was pet friendly also!! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall everything was very good to excellent for our 4th year in Lemonade. The only hiccup was getting the wrong combination to access the door keys. Our first guess was correct and in we went. Cottage was clean even the kitchen. Outdoor shower was a big plus.

Location was excellent…right on the beach and central to the OBX. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch, watching the waves roll in and the dolphins swimming in the sunrise. Magical! The cottage is clean and updated in all the right ways while still keeping the cozy historic feeling. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower, too!

Our stay at the Lemonade cottage was a wonderful experience! Right out of a novel! Views and sounds of the ocean from almost every room! The place was very clean, comfortable and the hosts were great!

The Lemonade Cottage is a wonderful beach house, perfectly nestled right on the dunes. The owners provide so many thoughtful little amenities that we hadn’t even thought of, but that made our vacation even more enjoyable. There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of the ocean and taking in the beautiful view! The owners are accessible, responsive and outstanding to work with. This was our second year at the Lemonade Cottage and we can’t wait to come back!

The lemonade is very cozy and exceptionally clean. The covered porch was an awesome benefit for rainy weather and allowed our toddler to hang outside without getting sunburnt during our rests from the beach. The location is awesome, minutes from everything without feeling like you’re in an overcrowded area. We were told the area in front of the cottage is a great fishing spot too. This was our first stay at the lemonade, but I would love to come back. The hosts made the entire process smooth and were easy to get in touch with.

My wife and I, plus the dog; have stayed here for many years, good weather and bad. Always a great stay, plenty to do when stuck inside and more to do when the weather is good. Located right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay when we booked it for a week on the beach. We really enjoyed having coffee on the covered porch every morning while we watched the dolphins moving up and down the coast. There are also some good places to eat and drink within walking distance from the cottage.The best thing about the cottage is the view. I don't think we spent much time inside the house when we weren't on the beach -- We were usually sitting on the porch soaking up the scenery. Gorgeous house. Great host communication. Perfect views.

Our third stay at this cottage. It was great to be right on the beach and we both enjoyed the outdoor shower. Even with the wind and high surf from a hurricane passing to the south we never felt threatened.

Another wonderful stay …our host was very helpful and responded quickly when we requested a lamp (and when we locked ourselves out!) Lovely ocean view from the porch is our favorite feature of this cozy cottage !
