We loved it here! Rich was very communicative and helpful. We especially loved the outside yard area. The hot tub was excellent and we enjoyed the outside fire. The grounds were lovely. Inside furniture was very comfortable and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for our family.

The house was fantastic for our family. The backyard had the children entertained, and it was close enough to walk to the beach. Although it was near a busy street, the house was quiet. I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic house and location. Walking distance to the village. Excellent beds, linens, kitchen appliances and tools, kept very clean- easily the most well provided VRBO I've stayed in. Loved having the toiletries and supplies. Everything was in great working order. We had the best time, would definitely stay here again.

Very well stocked Vrbo—had a great kitchen, beds were comfortable and yard was beautiful. Grill, hot tub and fire pit were great to use to enjoy the outdoors. Location is close to Hwy 1, so easy access to all the fun stuff in Monterey and Carmel. We didn’t travel with small children but this place had great amenities for kids as well. Wonderful stay!

This home was suberb! It was exactly as advertised. Very clean, updated, roomy, comfortable! Kitchen was well-appointed with utensils, dishes, pots, 2 coffee makers, etc. Open concept living with large bedrooms. We were delighted with the backyard/grill/Hot-tub area - so very enjoyable. Traffic on route 1 could be heard outside but ceased once inside the home. We couldn't have asked for a better place!
