Awesome place to stay!!!!

House is super beautiful the pool is really big the neighborhood is very quiet.. dune Allen beach wasn’t very far and it was the most beautiful beach ever..check in was super easy!! Would stay here any day!!!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house was very clean! The location is close to the public beach and the perfect location between Destin and 30A..neither one too far! Owner is very accommodating!

Loved it!

This place was beautiful! We loved the layout with 2 bedrooms on the first and 2 on the second with the LR and kitchen on the second floor! We are dinner on the second floor daily! The community pool was amazing and we loved the access to Topsail Hill State Park! Thank you!

Quaint neighborhood on 30A

We have stayed in this wonderful neighborhood in the past, so knew we wanted to return as we love the location, community pool, workout facility, quaint atmosphere, and proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants. The host was very responsive to our requests and questions. He promptly responded with a service call for the AC unit and followed up with communication to ensure that the issue had been resolved. My child has allergies and unfortunately we could quickly tell that the house could use a thorough cleaning; layers of visible dust on ceiling fan blades, on top of refrigerator, window ledges, door slats, and floor corners. House description was accurate. Overall the house was a nice set-up for a family vacation. Thank You.

Vacay

This property was very easy to rent. Brett was very helpful and made the process stress free. The house was exactly as advertised. A very spacious and beautiful home. The grandkids loved the pool being right across the street and spent a lot of time there. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation

The home was clean. Ample space for nine people. Very convenient to infinity pool across the street. Pool never crowded, plenty of seats. Linens including beach towels provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys at the house. Convenient location close to Destin and towns of 30A. We recommend going to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Free to get in for the Summer, easy parking, tram takes you to uncrowded beach. We enjoyed our time at this home.

Great home with all the amenities

Family of nine with ages ranging from 6-36, this home was perfect for us. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, the porch was so nice to play cards on and relax. Loved the close proximity to the clubhouse. The pool/hot tub and gym was a huge bonus! Close to great restaurants. The owner was super helpful and always quick to respond. We hope to come back for future beach trips!

Well managed property

Location good, property was clean and comfortable. Lots of bunk beds for for families w kiddos. Property manager very responsive.

Amazing

This house was a beautiful as the photos. Beautiful neighborhood with pool directly across from house. Pool by far was the the most amazing pool I’ve seen EVER! Short ride on golf cart to beach. Cart made it convenient to get back and forth. Property owners very nice and extremely helpful. House is also just mins away from grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to visit again next year.

Fantastic property

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed for my group of 10. Plenty of parking, the house was very spacious and In a great location for shopping and restaurants. This house was super clean which made it a very enjoyable experience.

Nice stay in Cypress Dunes

Overall we had a great stay, the house was clean and up to standard. There was a mixup as the checkin time was to be 3 pm local time, but the code for us was not set to be used until after 4 pm. The upstairs A/C intermittently cut out, but the owner sent someone to fix the following day, and was very good about communicating the repair persons arrival time. House has two rooms with bunk beds, would recommend for folks traveling with lots of kids.

Incredible!!!!

The house was even more beautiful than I imagined! Tucked in the back of a million dollar home neighborhood, across the street from the community pool/club house which is SO nice, this home is a dream. I knew it sounded nice from the listing, but it exceeded my expectations! The upstairs living room and porch with ocean view are so comfortable and relaxing. So much space, so comfortable, so easy for two families, I WILL definitely stay here again (if it’s available?!?!?)
