Great location. Good price for what you get. Nice place but showing a little wear, upstairs shower backs up, etc.. But I would expect that out of a rental property as it ages.Can't beat the location though. Directly on the beach. Drink coffee on your porch on the beach!

The location is ideal for families. Walking distance to some great restaurants including fresh seafood at Goat Feathers. Beach view is amazing. Amenities provided all we needed for three families including three small children. Kitchen well stocked for all our cooking needs. Lisa our host was very responsive to our inquiries and offered great recommendations for restaurants. We enjoyed pizza from Fat Daddys, delicious seafood from Goat Feathers, and closed the week with Pizza by the Sea. You are very close to a Publix. There are plenty of chairs and beach toys for kiddos. We brought a tent and enjoyed the private beach away from large crowds. Though condo is dated we highly recommend. Would stay again!

Really loved our stay. Our host let us check in early as our plans changed a tad timing wise. They were super quick and responsive to any questions I had during our stay. The beach was beautiful and the community felt very safe and secured. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my mom’s 60th bday! The area itself is perfect for families - close enough to Destin for outings but far enough away to be able to slow down and not worry about the hustle and bustle of a bigger town. Also close to seaside for fun shopping. We were a little hesitant due to the price as we usually tend to swing more towards the cheaper side and spend more on the outings, BUT the price is 100% worth it. We will definitely be returning!

The host was great and the property was perfect. The beach was just steps away and never too crowded. Great location to walk to multiple restaurants and shops.

Whoever is responsible for cleaning this condo should be fired immediately! It was definitely not cleaned. It was beyond filthy and disgusting. The linens on the beds were filthy and had white stains all over them. The linens in the photos are not the linens on the beds. After I sent photos and videos to the owner, she graciously refunded the cleaning fee. You cannot check into the property until 6pm. It was stated that cleaning and inspection had to happen before check in. There is absolutely no way anyone should have approved that. The carpet is sticky and gross, the bathrooms need new, clean grout. It could definitely use a big renovation and repairs. The owner offered a refund if we left, but we had to find somewhere to host our big group, we had bought groceries before arriving because check in was so late, and we were exhausted from driving all day. The views from the upstairs Master balcony were incredible! The beach views from the living area were great too. The outdoor furniture was great to fit a large group. The access to the beach is amazingly easy and accessible. The host had great communication. The host was kind and offered the refunds.

This was the perfect location - right on the beach and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Lisa was a great host and very responsive to my messages. We had plenty of room for our group.

Such a great week!

We loved the location of this property and the kids enjoyed the pool! It’s nice to be right on the beach and not have to haul all the beach items and beach gear very far! The townhouse was very nice! Comfy beds, too!

Great Location

Property was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and having extra beach chairs and toys available was a plus. The owner has sent a beautiful charcuterie board upon arrival that was a very nice touch. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for a family or group of friends looking for an awesome beach trip.

Perfect location

Property is in a perfect location. The host is very responsive. The mattresses unfortunately are a little painful to sleep on.

The entire family for a beach vacation

Great property right at the beach. Everyone loved it. Easy walk to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and other restaurants. Couldn’t be happier dealing with and getting answers to our questions from our host, Lisa Gable. Best family vacation, hands down.

Very nice condo, right on the beach, very inviting, plenty of room for a big family, nice big pool & hot tub, beach chairs & beach toys provided, and local restaurants in walking distance. We will be back!
