SPECIAL FEATURE: this 2-bedroom/ 2-baths Ground Level Unit located in the building which does not face any other buildings so you have more privacy and open view than most of other buildings in the complex.
Unit has ability to be expanded to a larger 3-bedroom property by adding extra bedrooms/bathrooms. Please, contact us if you need to use this feature for a larger party.
You will see that some reviews mention 1-bedroom unit. This property can be downsized to 1-bedroom/1-bath option. Just let me know if you need a smaller unit and I will re-calculate rate for you.

Restful retreat

Great place to stay for a retreat from Midwest winter. The unit was fine and close to the main pools which are the only ones heated in the winter. Well stocked unit. Agree with others that more indoor lighting would be a plus — especially in main bedroom.

Perfect Power Stay!

We stayed for 5 nights over the Power Trip Festival in October and this unit turned out to be just Perfect. We knew that as 60-yr olds hitting a 3 day Rock Concert Festival would probably wear on us so we tried to make things as convenient and lounging as possible, especially during down times. The location, accessibility to everything, the multiple sprawling pools all proved to fit us exactly. We had the condo as 2 br 2 bath with one couple and a single and the layout, amenities, access, location, everything was great. It was so nice sitting out on the patio early in the morning and enjoying rising mountain cliffs right outside the door. It almost looked 2D fake because the cliffs jutted up so quickly and yet so near. Even the top ridge was perfectly clear to the naked eye. We've traveled around the world and never experienced that one. Loved every aspect.

I would have given this rental a five star, but the lights in main bedroom were weird (too dark), and the sofa bed had a horrible dirty smell....other than that, everything else was fine. The complex is well kept, nice pools and ambiance!

Palm Springs Gem

The condo is beautiful, and the gated development is gorgeous! The pictures of the villa don't do the place justice. They have 11 pools! Inna was so easy to work with.

The hubby happy so I was happy

The hubby happy so I was happy … my husband is a very quiet person rarely says anything if it’s bad they’ll tell me it was bad we’re not going back but if it’s good he rarely says anything he just doesn’t say it’s bad ha ha but I must say before we cleaned up and left the condominium he says to me this is the best place we’ve ever stayed at of all the places you’ve chosen in the past. I was floored he doesn’t do that, but everything was quite accurately stated online my only problem was the distance to the polls but that’s because I have a disability little bit of a hike for me so I ended up having to get in the car and drive over which is kind of a problem because it’s so hot to get in the car at otherwise I like the pool layout location and of course my host was amazing because we never had to talk. One little bit of a I guess problem was very little paper products no plastic bags for the trash and very tiny bit of soap left so that I could wash some towels while I was there because they were only very few and I guess that’s the worst of it so I would advise you take your own bags and maybe some extra toilet paper because everything was on low stock it was how can I say just enough but was not much of a cushion if I needed more. I will definitely stay once again and I will be more prepared for the location and getting to the pool

Very comfortable! Everything you need!

The development is at the edge of a ridge I’d rocky hills. There’s an access road between the homes and the hills that is a wonderful and beautiful place to run or walk!

Lovely Place!!

I had the best time here. The unit was clean and spacious. Inna was very responsive and friendly. When we were running out of toiletry supplies, she quickly had someone bring us some. I can’t recommend Inna’s place enough!

Elegant desert get-away

Inna's condo is nicely appointed with high ceilings, wood cabinets, high-end-ish furniture and appliances. The bed was comfortable. Inna was responsive, communicative and helpful. Though there is very little neighborhood noise, traffic, etc., the air conditioners were loud and you can hear the upstairs tenants when they are walking around inside and outdoors, in Inna's lovely patio, you can hear them on their balcony upstairs talking. (But I'm highly sensitive to noise, so take that with a grain of salt.) The view from the dining table features desert beauty (as you can see in the listing photos) and it's nice to stroll across the street to the clubhouse where you'll find a sweet cafe for breakfast and lunch, hammocks under the palm trees, lovely swimming pool with cabanas, jacuzzi. If you happen to be coming for the Indian Wells tennis tournament, the location is ideal - about 10 minutes away from the tournament!

Disappointing

The condo is located in a nice development with good amenities. We paid a very high rate due to the BNP Parabas tennis tournament going on. That part was fine. The cleanliness of the unit could have been better and the furnishings are tired. The vrbo listing and photos showed that the unit had a gas log fireplace in the living room. When we could not get it to operate, we contacted the host who said it was broken and currently “just a nice decoration.” She said she was going to get it repaired once the “season” was over. When we then asked how to turn on the fireplace in the master bedroom we received no response. Obviously, we were not pleased. We would never rent this unit or deal with the host again.

Relaxing getaway in the desert

Staying at this La Quinta property was a great escape into the desert. The property was clean and the directions were easy/clear. Everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay was available in the unit.

Enjoyed our stay at the Legacy Villas

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Had a little trouble getting in when we arrived, but that was taken care of rather quickly. Condo could’ve been a little cleaner, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Good size for our small family. The condo is located in a good spot. Close to the main pool and the gym.
