A truly comfortable and cozy unit with spectacular views. One Bedroom with one Bathroom . Bunk Beds located comfortably near the entrance and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is Located on the 15th floor. The fully equipped kitchen features a full range of cookware necessary to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table and breakfast bar make mealtime convenient with seating for the entire family . Amenities include two outside pools, one indoor heated pool, two outside and two indoor jacuzzis , fitness center, restaurant, coffee shop , tiki bar, convention center plus a movie theater . Tidewater is a Gulf-front condominium resort that’s located within walking distance of Pier Park!
NOTE: This property charges resort fees payable to the resort's front desk upon arrival or you can register at their website www.tidewaterhoa.com . The $39.59 fee covers two parking passes and six guest wristbands.

** You must be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rule. Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in.

Great rental

The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, the view was gorgeous and the host was very easy to communicate with. Check-in went smoothly. The resort staff were friendly. We had a great experience.

yearly beach getaway

first time staying at Tidewater. The Condo was very nice, bed were very comfortable, great views, good cable for those rainy days. elevators were slow and didnt care for parking.

This condo was perfect. It was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, the parking was easy, and the building itself was in a great location. Overall, definitely would recommend!

Overall an ok stay

Although our stay was ok, there were a few things that should be addressed, such as the mattress being well worn, washer/dryer did not work properly, A/C was set to 76 upon arrival, ring doorbell camera made us feel as if we were being watched and it was evident that we were due to the questioning of how many people were staying in my room, which was myself and my cousin for a “girls trip.” We had several other family members also staying on the property, which meant from time to time someone would pop in. It was clear the camera was being monitored based off that question. You cannot adjust the A/C unit to a comfortable level unless you contact the property owner. It was also not communicated whatsoever nor was it posted anywhere on the prophet alcohol is not permitted on the beach during the month of March. Communication could be better in order to avoid costly fines or criminal charges.

Nice cozy get away

This condo was very clean, had everything you could need, and very secure. Plenty of security features including the garage so you dont have to worry about anything. Theres even a store and restaurant on the property. Was very impressed with the property and will look onto it again for the next vacation.

We loved the condo and the amenities the resort has. The only issue was the elevators. The wait time was out of control. Not everyone can go up and down several flights of stairs.

Cozy beach condo

Sweet cozy condo on Panama City Beach. Lots of construction in the area which made getting around a bit hard but the condo was just as described. Would rent again!

Great!

The overall property was clean as well as the unit and just as described. The only downfall was the elevators but that was to be expected in any vacation rental property on the beach. No fault of the individual unit owner.

Simple Paradise

It was a wonderful trip! Perfect location, the resort was calm and family friendly! The condo has anything and everything you could possibly need from plenty of linens to kitchen supplies for preparing meals if you desire. Michely was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful! No issues and we will definitely stay again!!

Perfect location and clean.

VRBO was clean and in a perfect location. Right on the beach and walking/driving to restaurants and pier. The balcony looking out to the beach and the side windows facing the street made the space feel bright and sunny. It was a perfect size for my husband and me to relax and had everything we needed for the week, even beach chairs and a beach cooler bag. The couch is older and uncomfortable and in busy times, you could wait 15 minutes or more for an elevator. We had a perfect vacation at this VRBO and I would definitely stay here again!
