Newly Renovated UNIT 4A1: This two-bedroom ground floor unit is the perfect seaside retreat for families, as its corner location gives you "first dibs" to the beach!

Coastal colors are infused in the beautiful furnishings throughout, and the brand new kitchen and spacious dining area make you feel like you are swimming in casual luxury. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Ground-floor corner location means that it's almost like having your own exclusive entrance to the best shelling beach in Florida!

City of Sanibel License: RDWL-011124

Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

Excellent location on beach. Pool area was clean and well kept. Very nice property in a good location on island. Would stay again for sure.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the office staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location truly can't be beat—the beach is just a few steps off the patio. The only suggestion I have would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils and cookware. They were functional but could use some updating. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again!

Staff is on point each & every time. Each unit has a spectacular view of the ocean. There is no unit with a "disappointing" view. Super easy to get spoiled when staying at OR!If you want to relax, Ocean's Reach on Sanibel Island is the place to be!

Annual Sanibel trip, this time with kids!

Very pleased with all aspects of the condo. Cleanliness, location and convenience were all excellent. Will most likely reserve for next year's trip!
