Perfect location,right on the beach. This was a great stay.we enjoyed everything. The only improvement they could make is a pillow topper for the bed,it was very firm.

While not the owner’s problem, the no see-ums were ridiculous. Be prepared with spray including deep and after bite treatment.

LOVED the ocean views & the rooftop deck. This was a lovely place to stay-light and bright with a great kitchen. You need cutting boards though.

This condo was the perfect location. Beautiful view of the water and so close to the beach. Exactly as pictured on the website. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is lovely. I enjoyed picking up shells everyday‼

We enjoyed our stay and loved the view. The property manager was efficient in resolving the minor issues that came up during our stay.

Great Location right off the beach with easy access. Incredible views with the Rooftop Deck! Centrally located on the island so it was easy to get anywhere from the lighthouse beach up to Captiva. Spacious room was perfect for a couple's trip but would also work for a small family.The bed was a little hard and the unit itself could use some updating. Seems like they are going through and updating units as the one next door to us was under construction at the time. There were times during the day that there was some loud grinding and drilling next door which could be heard through the walls. Really not a problem though.We had an afternoon flight home and I did ask for a late checkout a week in advance and was told to follow up the day before checkout. I was only looking for an extra hour so we didn't have to get to the airport so early. When I followed up before checkout I was told it wasn't possible with others coming in. Honestly, not a huge deal but the resort was pretty empty the whole time we were there. I don't think delaying the cleaning an hour would have hurt anyone.

The place and location is beautiful. The rental manager was kind enough to FaceTime me from the location when we were worried about the construction noise which I thought was extremely kind. The noise was not noticeable on the beach or at our building, so we were very grateful for that. The only problem we had were the no-seeums (which they can’t control at all). FYI, get the Thermacell multi insect contraption - along with the BodyGuard bug defense at Jerry’s and you’ll be much happier.

Steps away from the beach. The property was spacious and clean, the view was spectacular. There was even plenty of beach gear in the utility closet to use. The property managers were easy to contact and were very friendly. Easy check in, easy check out. Everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway... including towels.
