This four-plex is directly on the beach. The view is incredible! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you need more space, you can rent the top floor, oceanfront rental 101-3. The living room, which overlooks the ocean, has a deck, and smart TV. There is a 2nd deck when you enter the unit. The washer and dryer are shared between the units. This unit is on the 2nd floor. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full-size beds. There is parking for 1 vehicle.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

Great location but the unit is need of maintenance

The second floor unit is in need of maintenance and a good thorough cleaning. There was an issue with the sliding glass door not locking and one window kept falling down. I have to add that the property manager was excellent in dealing with our issues. He was there within 30 minutes and allowed us to move to the third floor unit. Awesome job and we are grateful for the quick resolution of our issues. The location is great and convenient and once the repairs are made I would increase my overall rating.

Great location-nice view of the ocean and beach was almost private! Owner was good with communicating and accomodated an extra car for one night-thank you!

Great location

Location can’t be beat. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores are close by and walkable too. The condo itself is pretty outdated and and didn’t seem very clean upon arrival. There was a vacuum in the unit that we ended up using ourselves on the first day because of the amount of sand that was on the ground (this was before we’d been to the beach ourselves). Overall, we had a good experience and I’d stay again based on the price and location.

Family Vacay

This was our third stay at this location. Love the location! The views are amazing, proximity to the beach is my favorite. The rooms were clean and tidy. The check in process is very easy and we were able to check in early to start our stay. Property manager was very friendly!

Disappointed

We checked in, and just did a once over quickly, noticing feathers all over the couch and living room, dropped our stuff off and left so we could go eat and get to the beach. But after getting back that night and finally being able to fully look, I was pretty disgusted. When we found this house we planned for our 16 year old son to sleep on the sleeper sofa. When I went to pull it out it was absolutely filthy. I knew as soon as I started removing the cushions it was going to be dirty. the mattress and couch looked like it had never been cleaned. Stains and dirt covered the whole thing. I was looking for the extra blanket and pillow I was told was there. I found them in a closet. The blanket looked like it had Cheetos prints all over it. Like someone used the blanket to wipe their fingers. The pillow was super heavy. So I opened the pillow case and there was what looked to be black mold on the pillow. Like I said, disgusted. My daughter and her friend took the shared room. The quilts had blood stains all over them. There was dirt behind every night stand and table. Like whoever cleaned the house just tried to clean what you could see. Not pull any of the furniture out to clean behind it. The feathers we found to be from the feather pillows on the couch. It just wasn’t a very clean house. The rental company did try to make it right by bringing a blow up bed and housekeeping back. But the cleaners need to do a huge deep clean. They need to replace the couch immediately.

Honest review

5+ stars for the location. Easily the best part of our stay. We had no issues locating the property, or with parking in the designated spot. The unit did have a kitchen, but it was small, and we had no desire to use provided kitchen ware-limited and was simply not clean. I would suggest buying your own drinking water. The review loses stars due to overall state of unit. The updated furniture was very nice, but we did not use any of the dressers as the drawers were dirty-sand and debris. The floor was swept clean but if you walk on it in bare feet, they will shortly get very dark. Be prepared to wear shoes or slippers while inside. When we got there, we discovered the 2 couches were completely covered in animal hair. Our child has a severe animal allergy. The units are also listed as no pets, so I'm not sure why the fur. We called management and were very quickly provided with a vacuum. Spent about 30 min vacuuming the hair and sand out of the smaller couch. The throw pillows from the couch and the bed were also covered in animal fur as well as the covers on the larger bed. We did end up driving to Savannah to buy a new bed blanket so we didnt have to use the one covered in fur. The shower curtain was stained and smelled awful. I wish there was a wet mop with floor cleaner so we could have a fresh floor. We also battled fruit flies from day one. Would return to the island, but would stay elsewhere.

The property was clean and right on the beach but there were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed and the photos did not match the unit we were given. The management company was very responsive when we contacted them.

Located on the beach

This property had everything we needed plus more. The access to the beach was easy and super close, steps away. The bedrooms and main living areas were super clean and up to date. Finding the property in the dark was a bit difficult. I wish there were numbers on the house, near the provided parking spot. That would have been extremely helpful.

Good location

Overall the property was in a good location and as advertised. As stated by others the property was not thoroughly clean upon arrival. There was so much sand on the floor that we bought a small sweeper to get it cleaned as the provided broom did not really help much. We also purchased a small throw rug to catch the sand we brought in from the beach before walking on the floor. I feel that for the cleaning fee charged the unit should be cleaner upon arrival not the opposite. We made sure to clean well before leaving. This was also expressed upon check out.

Beach get away!

We love the property. The location is perfect. The north end of the beach is perfect. The walk from the house is not far and the house has all we need for the best week to end summer vacation.

Nice place to visit

Condo was good for two people. Although there are 3 beds, there is only one very small bathroom. Great for two people. Great location. Loved how close to ocean and restaurants

Exceeded Expectations

Was extremely pleased with the property. Especially pleased with the plentiful hot water and strong water pressure in the shower. Only negative is the parking is very tight.
