Holiday Linn is set back from the street off a private tranquil brick drive. It’s the third house from the beach, so you get the best of all worlds – especially easy beach access!

Holiday Linn is a large, new, sturdy home in the airy style of Key West and perfect for warm, sunny Captiva. Enjoy fine living with deluxe but not delicate furnishings, a spacious interior, and your own private heated pool with a spa.

Parking is limited to 2 cars. No boats or trailers are permitted.

Minimum Stay 7 Night Minimum Saturday to Saturday
All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee
and $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments
(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded.
After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

Great House

The place is well supplied with linens, towels and kitchen equipment. The gas grill is large and worked well.

Family vacation

Reviewer Comments: The Holiday Linn was a perfect place for our family vacation.The house is set up perfectly for a large family, with 3 levels of living space and 2 kitchens. The pool was clean and set up nicely with several lounge chairs, pool floats and toys. The kitchen was stocked nicely with everything we needed. The house was great and the location was perfect, only steps away from the beach and local restaurants and stores. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Holiday Linn was wonderful! The house is beautiful and accommodated us perfectly. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable! I would definitely recommend. The only problem we had was that the refrigerators are date are did not work. We had no freezers the 1st few days. The maintenance man got one working which was good but the upstairs main fridge never worked the whole week. Also, our pool had black algae. The pool person was there twice but never resolved the problem. My son and I are both in the pool industry so this was very disturbing to us. Over all , the stay was wonderful and we did not allow these few things to ruin our vacation.

Family vacation at Holiday Linn

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved the home we stayed in and we were pleasantly surprised that the Holiday Linn was even nicer than the pictures revealed. The house was clean and well equipped and not only met our needs, but far surpassed our dreams! We had great customer service from our first call and throughout our stay in Captiva! I would highly recommend The Holiday Linn to my friends and family! we enjoyed all the restaurants including The Mucky Duck, Sunshine Seafood, Key Lime Bistro and of course The Bubble Room. We also enjoyed being across the street from YOLO! The location worked perfectly for us! We walked everywhere and really never needed our automobile! Thanks for a great memorable vacation! Blessings!

Great location but not very clean

The location is amazing. It has a nice pool area. Several issues with this property: the parking only accommodates 1 car, which is crazy since the property says it can host up to 12 people. We spoke to one lady from the rental place and she offered for our cars to be parked down the street, which was annoying, but it was a solution at least. The other issue was that there was blood on the “clean” sheets, several pillows and the couch downstairs. Super gross. The downstairs fridge was also dirty. Also upon arrival, the laundry room had wet towels in a laundry basket and towels in the dryer. The vacuum was also left out in plain site. On the third floor balcony, there was this gross flower pot thing full of garbage, not to mention the garbage left out on the main floor patio. You can’t get to the main-top lookout as that door was locked. I do appreciate American Rental trying to help the best that they can but I won’t rent this property again. It was too dirty

Always accommodating and efficient

They were available at a moments notice and always found solutions on any issues that came up. Albert and Allen were so helpful and patient throughout the booking process.

Holiday Linn Vacation

The location was perfect. Check- in was easy. Size of the house was perfect for our group. The home could definitely use some updating. Bathroom had some minor mold issues. Carpeting to the basement needs replacement (stains). Kitchen needs to be better organized. It would have been helpful to have a list of what supplies are being provided (blender...) ahead of our visit. The sliding glass door was very heavy and didn't glide without a lot of muscle. Towels in the baskets was a very nice touch. Loved having the washer/dryer. Games being provided was a nice touch too.

A great place to celebrate

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids, 12 in all. It was a perfect place for a family gathering. We loved the space, we loved the pool, we loved the beachy decor, we loved the location. Absolutely no complaints! A great find for a large group!
