Welcome to Paradise on Siesta Key! Come, relax and dream on our patio on the top floor and enjoy seeing the water lapping on the number1 beach, in the United States. Sunsets out of a storybook and charm galore.
Our comfortable, centrally heated and air conditioned condo is for 2 people. It is all updated with new furniture, tile floors, king bed, walk-in shower, granite countertops, a lovely and functional galley kitchen which is fully equipped for your culinary delight.

Truly Paradise

My wife and i planned this getaway back in early June for a relaxing well deserved break in our schedules and also to look for our retirement dream home. We arrive on the Afternoon of October 5th, the check-in was extremely easy and efficiently planned out by our host's Sandy and Bob as well as the property manager. This property was located on Beach st directly accross of the most magnificent beaches of Siesta keys. Our beautiful condo was on the 5th floor, when that door opened you were greated by the most spectacular beach and ocean view....Breathtaking! The condo was beautifully decorated and meticulously clean upon our arrival, we were truly in Paradise....Until...yep MILTON!! We began to get notifications that we were in the direct path of a major hurricane, the 2nd in a week for this area. I received a call from Sandy and Bob that they too were monitoring the situation and were concerned for our safety. They explained that it would be very likely that we would need to evacuate the property once the announcement was made. We unfortunately had to leave by the morning of October 8th. Sandy and Bob stayed in contact with us the entire time to make sure we made it back home to NY safely. They are 2 of the most gracious and caring hosts you will have have the pleasure of meeting. My wife and i are already planning to return to Siesta keys and look forward to our stay once again in Paradise. Sandy and Bob we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Great location

Convenient to the beach. We walked to the beach everyday. Recommend to have more bath towels and toilet paper available. Recommend to replace outdated smoke detector. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Clean, great pool and convenient to trolley stops.

Loved the view. The screened in porch was spacious and comfortable. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the top floor location.

Get away from the cold

This was our first time in Siesta Key. The beach was so beautiful. We wished it didn’t rain as much as it did so we could enjoy it more The condo was wonderful,clean, owners were super thoughtful with leaving us wine & flowers. The view from the condo was spectacular especially for sunsets. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

Beach Paradise

We loved our stay at Robert and Sandy's condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming in every way. We love Siesta Key beach, and their condo enabled us to enjoy it to the fullest!

The perfect spot

This was the ideal place to stay in Siesta Key. The penthouse was pristine, close to beach, amenities and places to eat. Highest possible recommendation!

Anniversary Retreat

We came across this VRBO because where we normally stay in Lido had no availability! We found Bob and Sandy amazing place during my search and with all the comforts of home. The view is heavenly and the beautiful memories my husband and I had while visiting are priceless.. We will definitely be returning.

Relaxing Vacation

Our week vacation was so relaxing in the condo! It was very clean and close to many good restaurants. The beach is beautiful! Was too hot to sit out on balcony but the view was pretty. Bob and Sandy responded immediately with any questions we had and left us a bottle of Champagne for our Anniversary. It was a very nice place to celebrate!

Beautiful view

Very nice Unit to stay in. Just a/c didn’t seem to work properly in the bedroom part of unit. They had an air standing small unit in there but with Florida heat and humidity this week it didn’t work well enough. All kitchen amenities

Beautiful Condo and great view!

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at your condo! Siesta Key is a beautiful place. The water was crystal clear and the beach is very clean and well kept. We loved sitting on the large balcony every evening feeling the breeze! The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and has everything you need, including beach gear.

Great 2023 vacation!!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at our beachside condo. It had an amazing view and amenities. I plan on recommending it to my friends that go there every year. It's definitely been my favorite place we have stayed thus far.

Crescent Royale on the Key

Location/location/location; great views, close to the Village, restaurants and entertainment plus easy on and off the Key. Clean and comfortably furnished with very functional kitchen. Convenient parking and storage for beach stuff. Liked the gate access for a little extra security. The hosts were great, checking on us and providing some amenities along the way. Lots to do in Sarasota, just minutes away.

Paradise is an understatement

Wow, Loved our trip to Bob and Sandy's condo. Super clean, comfortable bed, did i mention the fantastic 5th floor view overlooking the Gulf? They had everything on site for our daily trip across the street to the beach. Chairs, coolers, and even a cart to carry it all.... A short walk or free trolly ride to the village. Fantastic restaurant's all around. The pool on the grounds is spotless, and the check in process was as easy as walking into your own home. And the best surprise of all was returning back from the beach and finding a dozen roses and a bottle of wine waiting for us compliments of Bob and Sandy. Truly a class move. Maybe it was the 6 straight days of sun, or the great music we heard, or even the visit with friends along the way, but i went an entire week without swearing, which is now my personal best..... Thanks again Bob and Sandy.

Great Stay

Another great vacation at Siesta Key. Our condo was great, clean and very spacious. Being on the 5th floor gave us a wonderful view of the ocean each day and we were even able to enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the patio. We will be back. Thank you Bob and Sandy

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I have stayed on Siesta Key multiple times. Our stay at Crescent Royal was fabulous. The condo beach view, accessibility to the Village, pool, cleanliness, quiet, friendly safe atmosphere all were top notch. Thank you!

Fantastic week

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the condo. Loved the proximity to the beach and the village. Spent many hours on the balcony soaking up the beach views by day and lightning shows by night. Definitely a week we will remember.
