Great place with great location

Loved the style and location of the place. I never leave negative reviews and usually just notify property manager if any issues. Since i read so many reviews on thisproperry that the manager disputed, did not rectify, or listed as a budget issue, i thought i would should list for all to see so it may be better for next visitor. Upon arrival we noticed bathroom trash cans sitting out in hallway or on counters, and all stools on counters and table. A little odd but we hunted down trash bags and moved everything to their appropriate spots. No big deal. The part that was disturbing was how black our feet and socks were after only 10 minutes in the house. Floors appeared clean to the naked eye but clearly had not been mopped in a long time. I sent a message and picture to manager and he apologized and said would address. Also spots like fake plants, standing mirrors and ceiling fans were dilthy. The sode of the master bed bottom sheet was stained in an odd area al which looked like maybe someone had puked down the side of the bed. There are no hooks in bathrooms other than one that a previious reviewer said they bought and left over the door. The toilet paper also has tosit on counter because no roll holder. We had no hand towels in bathrooms and just a few towels. Again, not a huge deal and im guessing they would have brought us some but we just used kitchen hand towels. We only stayed a couple of nights. The master has no dresser nor closet or places tp bathcoo.

Fabulous location

We would definitely recommend this home to others coming to New Orleans for it's cleanliness and close location to the Canal St. tram. I was a little disappointed that I had to bring the stools down to the floor at both the island and the high top upon arriving. Friends trip for Washington Commanders game

Home Sweet Home

We were so pleased when we arrived and found it so easy to follow the instructions for entry. Cody, our property manager was very easy to talk to. He made sure that we had all the information needed to make our stay GREAT. We plan to visit this exact location in the future.

Stayed for a week

Great property with a private parking spot, close enough to Canal St can be there in 5 minutes, far enough away you can sleep quietly at night. Great location for kids with a hide a bed in the master bedroom to keep an eye on them at night. We will rent this location again next time we are in New Orleans.

10/10 stay

Loved the house and location! My kids really enjoyed the foosball table. It became an evening routine for us to play. The only suggestion I have is to add a hook in the bathroom for towels. Thanks for letting us use your home for our NOLA trip.

We had a good time

The house was just as described. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean except the trash can in the laundry room had trash in it. The washer and dryer need to be looked at. they work but the doors don't close probably so you have to mess with it a little to get it closed right but all in all I would definitely stay again!

Stop looking at others and just book this one

This place was perfect for me along with my wife and 2 teen daughters. It's conveniently close to the Canal street trolley. Just go there and wait a few minutes for a 47 or 48 line to take you into the city. Also, I saw another review someone put about a "person living in the back". I have no idea what they're talking about. We just stayed here a week and there's just the one house and we had it all to ourselves. The owner Drew is very responsive with zero delay if you have any questions. The neighborhood itself was far better than others you'll see in NOLA. I felt totally find with my family there.

Great stay

Lovely property. House was clean. Served the purpose for what we needed it for. Bed was fairly comfortable, no complaints. Only thing I would do differently is after cleaning take the chairs off the tables and counters. Makes it more welcoming and inviting for your guest.

Perfectly Located Comfort Spot

After a long, eventful day exploring NOLA, I couldn't image a better spot for my family to sleep safely. We had everything we needed and tge host left just a little more. THANKS. We'd rebook here if we came back to New Orleans. 💖

Girls Trip

I recently had the pleasure of spending a fantastic girls trip in New Orleans with four amazing friends. Our stay was conveniently located near known places like the famous French Quarter. We loved wandering the colorful streets and soaking in the unique atmosphere that New Orleans has to offer. However, there was one small hiccup during our stay. We were excited to cook a few meals together, but unfortunately, the pots and pans in the kitchen were in poor condition. They didn’t look appealing, which made us hesitant to whip up our culinary creations. This was a bit disappointing, as we had planned to enjoy some home-cooked meals during our getaway. Despite this minor setback, we made the most of our trip by indulging in New Orleans' famous restaurants and street food. Overall, our trip to New Orleans was a blast, filled with friendship and adventure. I would recommend this listing for anyone looking for a fun getaway.

2nd time staying, nice location to streetcar. Clean. Sofa in livingroom changed. The sleepers need upgraded not comfortable. Overall great stay

Great location but inaccurate listing

Six of us stayed at this home. The location was great and overall it was a cute little home. However we were very disappointed to find that it certainly doesn’t sleep 9. There are two queen beds and two old and very small pullout beds with stank mattresses that are paper thin. All together, that sleeps 6, barely. In order to make it work we bought a $100 3-inch foam mattress pad from Walmart and it was still almost unbearable. Totally unacceptable. As if that wasn’t enough, there were not enough bed sheets for the pull out beds. After the host went back forth with me, telling me there was bedding for the bed, when there was simply not, he finally came to the house two hours later and handed me a single crumpled fitted sheet and left. The host also didn’t provide hand soap or dish soap, toilet paper and minimal towels. There were still dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and bathroom shower mats were missing. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay cheap and close to Bourbon Street, this will work for 2-4 people. But do not expect any friendliness from the host and bring everything you may need, 0/10 for hospitality here. The host just does not care. Disappointed.
