Recently built 3 bedroom, 2 bath in the heart of Eastsound, yet on a quiet country lane with a water view. Beautifully furnished inspired by a trip to Scandinavia. Natural hues, elegant design, wood floors, European bedding, Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fireplace, bright with lots of windows and white wainscoting. A/C. Walk to cafes, bakeries, boutiques, farmers market, bookstore. Owned and operated by the builder.

4 night min, we occasionally accept shorter stays, feel free to contact us.

Please note there is a basement apt underneath the Townhome.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Madrona townhouse! Having previously stayed at the host's other property next door, we found this one to be just as lovely, if not more so. Our host, Lydia, is incredibly responsive and thoughtful, doing a fantastic job of appointing the home with everything you could need, including welcoming snacks, milk, and juice. The accommodations were comfortable, sparkling clean, and the location was perfect—an easy walk right into town. We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you, Lydia!

We stayed for one week in the middle of August and had a wonderful time. The property is fairly new and well constructed. Check in was a breeze and the property had everything we needed. There was ample parking and we loved the short walk into Eastsound. We have stayed here before and we will stay here again.

Amazing location!

What a wonderful property. Everything you need and a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner. And the location can’t be beat! It feels like a quiet street, but the town is right there. It was so fun to be able to walk to everything in Eastsound! We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

This location is great. Walking to Eastsound for restaurants, groceries, pizza, pastries. Easy drive around the island. Comfortable, modern house.

Our Favorite Getaway!

We have stayed in this home twice now and loved it both times. It is extremely well appointed and convenient to town. We love never needing the car unless we want to cross the island for a hike destination. There is also a lovely public dock at the end of the quiet street - perfect for taking the dog out for a short nature break.

Perfect place and location for your stay on Orcas Island

The property is wonderful. Just as the photos show it. So much natural light throughout. One of the bedrooms has a view of the water. You can also see the water from the living room. 3 bedrooms and a big enough common area to hang out and chat or play games with your friends or family on the large kitchen table. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. While we didn't cook because there were so many places to eat, the kitchen was equipped with all you would need. The property is a 3 minute walk to the main street. It was perfect. Will book again for sure.

Lovely stay in charming Eastsound

The house was nicely decorated and immaculate in a great location minutes by foot from the shops and restaurants of Eastsound. We were there just as the weather had turned from warm to chilly and initially needed assistance with the thermostats in a couple of the bedrooms. John came over in a jiffy and got everything in working order. The WiFi was on the slow side, but overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Great stay close to everything

My friends and I stayed at this lovely townhome for another friends wedding. This was the perfect spot close to town that we walked everywhere. The property was clean, quiet, and just like the pictures showed. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Orcas.

Charming house

The house is really charming and very nicely decorated. We appreciated the ability to walk to shops and restaurants, even if that location was a little noisier than we anticipated with planes, trash trucks and landscape services. But the convenience was terrific. We stayed during a warm few days; and while the main room had A/C, the bedrooms did not and were really warm even with all the windows open. It's a shame the deck wasn't large enough for the 4 of us.

The PERFECT location!

Upon our booking one year ago until the moment we vacated the property, our experience was more than we expected. The location for our son's (and now daughter-in-law's) wedding at The Outlook Inn, was perfect for enjoying the wedding festivities AND the amenities that Eastsound affords it's visitors. The property is extremely clean and well appointed for a family, and in our case, the small gatherings of friends pre/post wedding whom we entertained with ease due to the location and well stocked kitchen and living space. Thank you for your hospitality and we would return to you and recommend your property IN A HEARTBEAT!

Shopping, Dining, Exploring the Island

Our stay could not be better. The house was very comfortable and clean. I was delighted that it is very close to town and we were able to walk to breakfast, dinner, etc. Everyone had their own room! This property does not have a BBQ but with all the dining in town, it doesn't really need one. We would stay here again.
