Recently built 3 bedroom, 2 bath in the heart of Eastsound, yet on a quiet country lane with a water view. Beautifully furnished inspired by a trip to Scandinavia. Natural hues, elegant design, wood floors, European bedding, Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fireplace, bright with lots of windows and white wainscoting. A/C. Walk to cafes, bakeries, boutiques, farmers market, bookstore. Owned and operated by the builder.

4 night min, we occasionally accept shorter stays, feel free to contact us.

Please note there is a basement apt underneath the Townhome.

This property was ideally located. Walkable to nearby stores, restaurants and bakeries.The view was beautiful and the house was extremely well equipped.

This location was perfect for our big family and dogs. We were only a 5 min walk from the village town and grocery store. All of the kitchen appliances and floors were clean, which was important for us since we are a "shoes off" family. We kept all the windows open upstairs since the AC unit was only for downstairs.

Every thing was very good at this property. There are some cool mornings that happen year round on the island. It would be great to have some sort of directions on how to use the heat pump and gas fireplace on these kind of days. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed the location very much. It felt very private even though there were properties next door. Parking is easy. The home was very clean. The view of the water from the small porch was lovely. It was easy to walk to the town which is charming. It accommodated our family of 5 and 2 dogs. The kitchen could use a few more supplies for larger groups such as place settings and utensils. Mixing bowls, kitchen tools like a garlic press, grater etc would be helpful. Luckily I had brought things I liked to use (including spices) with me knowing that often rentals don’t have them.

Great family stay

This location is great. Walking to Eastsound for restaurants, groceries, pizza, pastries. Easy drive around the island. Comfortable, modern house.

Perfect Location

Bright, clean and new home with great floor plan for small group. Amazing location right in the middle of shops and restaurants. Perfect location to visit Orcas.

We stayed for one week in the middle of August and had a wonderful time. The property is fairly new and well constructed. Check in was a breeze and the property had everything we needed. There was ample parking and we loved the short walk into Eastsound. We have stayed here before and we will stay here again.

Rooms with a view

Wonderful, spacious, clean, great view and right in the Eastsound village center, a block from the great bakery and the cobble beach.

Our Favorite Getaway!

We have stayed in this home twice now and loved it both times. It is extremely well appointed and convenient to town. We love never needing the car unless we want to cross the island for a hike destination. There is also a lovely public dock at the end of the quiet street - perfect for taking the dog out for a short nature break.

Great stay close to everything

My friends and I stayed at this lovely townhome for another friends wedding. This was the perfect spot close to town that we walked everywhere. The property was clean, quiet, and just like the pictures showed. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Orcas.

Christmas 2022

This was the perfect place for our girls to spend three days over Christmas. Beautiful place and close to everything. We are already to rebook for Christmas 2023 😊
