Located downtown and a walkable distance to the beach. Boutiques, antique shopping, dining, and sandy beaches are all within walking distance. There is a wonderful farmer's market 1/2 block away Thursday afternoons. A short drive away, are polo fields, museums, zoological gardens, Ventura and Santa Barbara missions, Santa Ynez wine country, the Ojai Valley, and so much more. Carpinteria is a jewel on the West Coast! Come, stay, enjoy, and return often! Much attention to detail with the guest's experience in mind. Recently updated with all new furniture, fixtures, flooring, and much more. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, wireless internet, on site shared laundry, BBQ grill and relaxing patio area. For our guest's convenience, bedrooms each have their own flat panel Smart TV's as well as the living area.

Exceeded Expectations

I've stayed in a number of VRBOs and was very impressed with this property. Was in town for a college graduation and just looking for a "nice" property within driving distance of Santa Barbara. The check in was very easy with your own private entrance and "free" parking across the street. The unit is very nicely renovated and had everything you would need for the stay (towels, kitchen supplies, ironing, laundry, kettle, coffee). Carpinteria was wonderful and some great shops and the ocean in easy walking distance. The owners really take care of this property and it shows. Very highly recommend.

What a beach town

An amazing location that is truly central to walking anywhere in Carpinteria…..perfect set up for a couple….nice patio area and all the amenities you need…we will definitely be back for other visits….thank you for having us….best regards Martin and Laura

Hidden Gem

Studio C was perfect for my wife & me. Super clean and with the right amenities. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in. Would highly recommend staying here. Very close to restaurants & shopping. When we go back to Carpinteria … we will definitely stay here.

Luxury Suite in Carpenteria

The suite was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The full kitchen was spacious. The bed was so luxurious and comfortable. The living area sofa was comfortable, and the two televisions had cable. It was perfect to eat in and relax. It had a blow dryer and offered shower soap and shampoo-thick, soft towels. It was a very quiet and friendly area. Restaurants and stores in walking distance. We will be back!

This was such a peaceful spot. I was working but enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the beach. I also charged my car across the street - super convenient!

Perfect weekend getaway

We love Carpenteria and this unit was perfect, centrally located, parking close by, super clean and comfortable, quiet and cozy. We will definitely stay here again.

Rainy anniversary get away

Perfect location!

We loved our stay. Walked everywhere and enjoyed the chill beach town vibe. Very large kitchen and all quite new. Only recommendation is some blackout treatment in the bedroom. Hope to return again!

Avocado Festival and Priscilla B-Day

It had a incredible time in Carpintería we loved it as usually but only our second time of staying in town. Watermark was absolutely a beautiful place to stay totally enjoyed our stay there. It was inviting and clean throughout with all amenities needed to make our trip away from home feel like home! We plan to stay there again.

Perfect Appartment

A little off the beaten track but only 10 minute walk to a great beach and ocean. The apartment is modern and has everything for short stay. Has all amenities. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Great spot!

I loved this property and would definitely stay again! Great location, quiet, bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Close to restaurants and the beach. No complaints!

Exactly what we wanted =)

Property was as advertised. Very clear and easy communication with the property owners, and check-in was a breeze. Location was fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere in the Carp area. The space was clean, tidy, and a great place to get away. Would stay again!

beach getaway

So glad we found this gem. It was in the perfect location where we could walk to everything. Our unit was upstairs, which worked out fine but next time would like to get one of the downstairs units. The owners were responsive and very helpful. Definitely would stay here again for our next visit to Carpenteria.

Modern and clean

Everything was as described. Great location, very comfortable and clean apartment. Bed was very comfy. The only issue we had was that there are very bright Spot lights outside the bedroom window. We had to cover them so they didn’t bother us at night too much. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.

Cute and comfortable beach cottage

It was the perfect spot for me while the younger adults and their children were camping at the near by state beach. It was an easy walk to the beach and the campground. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. I definitely would stay again.

Amazing treasure

This apartment was a spectacular. It was cozy, modern and so very clean. The location was the best. In the middle of town. Walking distance to downtown and the beach. Can’t wait to do it again and again.

Great place

This is a interesting place, tastefully decorated in a modern style. It is well situated with respect to the town of Carpenteria , which turned out to be more interesting than we thought. It has marvelous cooking facilities, new equipment, everything a cook could want. Perfect for someone who wants to prepare their own food

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in the Carp! The unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It was an easy to walk to the beach and restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend this property for a couple who wants a great getaway!

In 2006 we completely renovated, down to the framework, our property which was originally built in the 1940's as a 4-unit apartment building with attached retail space. One- and two-bedroom guest suites have been offered since Summer of 2007.
