Located downtown and a walkable distance to the beach. Boutiques, antique shopping, dining, and sandy beaches are all within walking distance. There is a wonderful farmer's market 1/2 block away Thursday afternoons. A short drive away, are polo fields, museums, zoological gardens, Ventura and Santa Barbara missions, Santa Ynez wine country, the Ojai Valley, and so much more. Carpinteria is a jewel on the West Coast! Come, stay, enjoy, and return often! Much attention to detail with the guest's experience in mind. Recently updated with all new furniture, fixtures, flooring, and much more. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, wireless internet, on site shared laundry, BBQ grill and relaxing patio area. For our guest's convenience, bedrooms each have their own flat panel Smart TV's as well as the living area.

Perfect weekend getaway

We love Carpenteria and this unit was perfect, centrally located, parking close by, super clean and comfortable, quiet and cozy. We will definitely stay here again.

What a beach town

An amazing location that is truly central to walking anywhere in Carpinteria…..perfect set up for a couple….nice patio area and all the amenities you need…we will definitely be back for other visits….thank you for having us….best regards Martin and Laura

Great spot!

I loved this property and would definitely stay again! Great location, quiet, bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Close to restaurants and the beach. No complaints!

Loved our stay!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with my husband. Very clean, super comfy, and quite roomy for two people. Felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return, and hope to do so soon!

Cute and comfortable beach cottage

It was the perfect spot for me while the younger adults and their children were camping at the near by state beach. It was an easy walk to the beach and the campground. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. I definitely would stay again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in the Carp! The unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It was an easy to walk to the beach and restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend this property for a couple who wants a great getaway!

Super apartment in excellent location

It exceeded our expectations ,everything was top quality and spotlessly clean .The bed was super comfortable ,the owners were extremely helpful and prompt in their replies .The location was excellent it was so lovely to be able to walk to all the shops ,bars ,restaurants and the Beach

Perfect spot

We enjoyed the apartment. It was just the right size for 2 people. it’s centrally located in town so you can walk everywhere. It was very clean, loved the bathroom and the kitchen is great.

Perfect Appartment

A little off the beaten track but only 10 minute walk to a great beach and ocean. The apartment is modern and has everything for short stay. Has all amenities. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Avocado Festival and Priscilla B-Day

It had a incredible time in Carpintería we loved it as usually but only our second time of staying in town. Watermark was absolutely a beautiful place to stay totally enjoyed our stay there. It was inviting and clean throughout with all amenities needed to make our trip away from home feel like home! We plan to stay there again.

Hidden Gem

Studio C was perfect for my wife & me. Super clean and with the right amenities. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in. Would highly recommend staying here. Very close to restaurants & shopping. When we go back to Carpinteria … we will definitely stay here.

In 2006 we completely renovated, down to the framework, our property which was originally built in the 1940's as a 4-unit apartment building with attached retail space. One- and two-bedroom guest suites have been offered since Summer of 2007.
