Minutes away from Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park and golf course, St. George and numerous trails, parks and outdoor activities, or stay on site and enjoy the beautifully appointed 5 bed, 4-1/2 bath home. Luxurious king beds, TVs in each room, fully equipped kitchen and two great-rooms gives you plenty of space to relax when you're not enjoying the lazy river, workout room, hot tub or pool. Other popular attractions are the amazing St. George Parade of Homes, the famous Tuacahn Center for the Arts, Utah Senior Games, Iron Man, St. George marathon, and numerous amateur sporting tournaments.
**Please note that the resort pool will be closed from January 5th through January 13th of 2026 for maintenance.

This was one of the best homes I've rented. Karen was so helpful, the property was just as expected, and the kids loved the pool and amenities. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend.

It was a good space- fyi, no doir on office but host provides a wooden foldable screen, so it worked for us. We enjoyed it but were not there much.

Great location! Well appointed for our family of 15! Very clean. Might be the best vrbo we ever stayed at. The grandkids from 7-14 years had a fun time in the pool. Adults were very pleased with the whole place and set up. We could tell the host really considers the guests!!Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent for visiting Sand Hollow and Zion National Park, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations for our group. The kids absolutely loved the pool and lazy river. We highly recommend this property!

Family Fishing Reunion

Great place to stay and relax

We were in hurricane for an off-road event at the Sandhollow State Park. we stated this house it was incredible large bedrooms with comfortable beds each one has its own bathroom close to everything we will definitely be staying here again

Our guests say it best. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable place to come home to. We have nothing to do with the incredible parks and trails surrounding us, but we do sit in the middle of it all!!

100% recommend for families / large groups!

This home was prefect for our group of 3 families with 9 kids between us. Plenty of room and the kitchen was very well appointed. The pool is a huge perk and the close by Walmart was very handy. Would stay here again for sure.

Great accomodstions for family reunion

Excellent location for visiting Zion National Park, Red Cliff conservetory, Snow Canyon, and Tuachan Theater. The set up of the home was great for a large group - especially the kitchen/dining room! The pool/lazy river at the (very close) clubhouse was fantastic - better than having (only) a pool with the house.

Quick trip

Great place

Great place to stay. It was 30 minutes from zion. The accommodations were great for our group. Loved the bedrooms and bathrooms. The hot tub and pool were very nice also. It is close to walmart and other restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

We used this house for our LDS girls camp. There were two twin bunk beds and two double bunk beds. And then four king beds in their own rooms. There is a beautiful balcony patio that would have been fun for a dance party but we didn't realize it was there until later. The seating was great in both the downstairs family room and upstairs family room. You need to bring your own shampoos and conditioners. Unless you shower at the pool. They have a great shower area and they provide the shampoo , conditioner and body wash. They only provide hotel size. There is a Super Walmart and Lin's grocery up the street. The pool area was nice.

Great place!

Very comfortable for a group of 9 adults. Plenty of space and the kitchen was large enough to handle making meals for all of us. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were large and very clean. Easy access to pool area. Loved our stay. Thank you.

Hurricane getaway

We were very surprised at the property as the pictures don’t seem to do the house justice. The place was beautiful and in a great place to access Zion and Bryce. We had a great time and would definitely rent this place again if we go to Utah

This is a shared family home that we love to get away to, and we are happy to share it with others who want to see the stunning red rocks and cliffs of southern Utah. There is so much to do and see in this area. Every visit is a new discovery!!

Southern Utah is such a unique place. The beauty is unmatched and gives a feeling of the majesty of nature. Our home is minutes away from Zion National Park--a must see! Sand Hollow is five minutes away, and for the shopper, St. George is a short 20 minute drive. The pictures don't do this property justice. It is such a peaceful place to relax inside, with plenty of space for a lot of people, five private bedrooms with TVs, as well as gathering spots. If you want to stay close to home, the house is located in a new resort with a lazy river, pool, hot tub, and club house, workout room, pool and foosball tables.
Our brand new home sleeps 16, with plenty of bathrooms, living and eating space, plus cooking facilities. It offers all the comforts of home surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of southern Utah. This location can't be beat.

This private home is the perfect distance from Zion National Park. If you love anything outdoors, you will be right in the middle of it here! Every direction takes you to someplace new to discover. Start early to golf, hike, boat, or explore, and then come home to relax in the pool, watch TV or gather with friends or family. Grocery stores are around the corner if you choose to use the well equipped kitchen, and great restaurants are nearby if you prefer to dine out.
There is something for everyone here! If a vacation means busy, active days exploring nature at Zion National Park, golfing at Sand Hollow Golf course, boating at Quail Creek, or off-roading, you're minutes away. For the shopper, St. George's outlet mall is a 20 minutes drive.
