Property was just what we needed for our fun weekend in Hurricane - clean, spacious, and perfectly located for plenty of outdoor recreation options. And Beth was great with communication all throughout the booking process and during the stay. Would highly recommend this beautiful home for your southern Utah stay.

We really enjoyed staying here and will do so again in the future. It is a very lovely, spacious, historical house with a great yard and front porch to sit on and watch the world go by. Kids room was cute and set up with games and books. The other bedrooms were very comfortable, and each had its own charm. Host was easy to get a hold of and responded promptly. House in a good location with a cafe within a 3-minute walk. No need to cook, but if you do the kitchen is set up to do so. We'll definitely be back.

Kind host, historical home with historical touches, walking distance to park and downtown. Peaceful stay. Note: historical home but modern and new bathrooms with amazing quality shampoo!!

Great place!

It was fun to stay in a pioneer era home with history. House was clean and beds were comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home and property were awesome! I can’t say enough how great it was! Beth was a great host. I would definitely choose this home again when in the area.

I stayed here with my parents, brother, and sister and we had a wonderful time. The house was great, accessible on the first floor for a wheelchair and walker, and clean and comfortable. Thanks for a helping us have a great family vacation!

The time of our lives!

Property is beautiful, well-maintained, spotless, and has everything you need for a perfect vacation with a large group. We loved having this great property as a home base while seeing all of the nearby sites.

Annual trip

We love staying here! This was our 6th year and it was again a most amazing stay. Beth is awesome to work with and is great at communicating. We look forward to staying here every yeah!

The perfect stay

We really enjoyed staying at this historic home! It had everything we needed to be comfortable and it was especially inviting for the kids. They had plenty to play with and to explore outside!! We will definitely be booking this home for our next trip to Zion!!!

We love staying here!

This was our 5th time at the Reeve home and as always there was great communication, the home was very clean, welcoming and full of character. It’s ideally located In Hurricane. Can’t wait to return!

Great spot for enjoying southern Utah

Everything was great about this place for my family. Everyone had their own space and the location provided an excellent basecamp to explore Zion and the surrounding areas. Beth was very responsive and the communication on the rental was excellent.

Excellent location, clean, and perfect for big groups

This was a great place to stay for day trips to Zion and all over Southwestern Utah. For a party of 7, the accommodations were perfect. Lots of private and group space and a beautiful yard for sitting around after a long day of adventure. A real gem.

Great home!

Beautiful, historic home! Our family had a wonderful time; kids loved the bikes and big yard, adults loved the history of the home and feeling like we had stepped back in time. We all enjoyed the gift shop, park and cafe within walking distance!

Amazing Home in Great Location

Our visit to Zion could not have been better! This home is perfect for families and the location can not be beat. It’s a beautiful home with unique features and an incredible tree out front of the kids to hang out in!

We absolutely love this place!

This is our 4th year coming to this property and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! The location, charm, character, space and all the right touches make it the best place to stay. Beth is awesome at communicating and we honestly can’t think of anything we don’t like about this place and look forward to more visits. Just wish we could come more often!

Very comfortable, cozy historic home. Lots of character and amenities. Loved it!

We truly loved and enjoy our stay in your house. This home has everything you need, lots of space, amenities, fun things to do for everybody. It is well equipped for all of our needs. We enjoyed the bikes!

Wonderful!

Beth was very responsive to any questions that we had. The property was spacious, comfortable, and well kept. Great location about 20 minutes from south entrance to Zion National Park and only about 2 hours from Bryce Canyon and north rim of Grand Canyon. Wonderful stay!

Close to great mountain biking and Zion

House was so comfortable for our group of 8. We loved it, plenty of room, watching the sunset at night on the porch was relaxing. Jem trails and Gooseberry were a blast to ride, and hiking in Zion was fun. Definitely will come back.

Awesome stay

Well equipped house, from kitchen to games to books to even hiking poles with which one might hike the Narrows! Very cool historic house. Took advantage of the bicycles and the pickleball paddles.
