2nd time in this unit and I love it more each time. Very clean, beautiful furniture and decor, really lovely lanai with comfy furniture. Shoreline access within the complex which is great to watch the sunset. Love it here and would stay again!!

Great communication with Knutson property management. Always responded quickly. We have stayed at KS and R many times and love the location for the easy walk to Kahalu’u snorkeling beach and to the Keauhou shopping center. For my husband and I we can also walk to paddle at Keauhou bay.

Perfect location

Unit is lovely. Property is very comfortable. It’s location was perfect for us to find all places we wanted to visit on our first trip to Big Island

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo and loved the lanai. We're from the Midwest and worked some early in the morning the view and peacefulness made that a lot easier. Everything was great and it had everything you may need. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful first floor condo

This condo has a somewhat distant view of the Pacific as well as beautiful green gardens next to the patio. It is equipped well and very comfortable. We loved our stay

Beautiful!!

This condo is gorgeous and has beautiful furniture and decor. Lots of extras (towels, beach stuff) for use. The washer and dryer was super convenient and beds are very comfortable. Very clean. Can't wait to come back. The property management team is helpful as well, we had zero issues. Would absolutely stay again.

Kailua Kona for the win!

Loved the location, not far from local eateries, local fruit/fish stands as well as a great wave beach in Magic Sands. Overall great spot! Couple of caveats, mosquitoes are heavy around the property as well as your morning 4am wake up call from the sprinklers just outside of the windows.

Family friendly, clean

Very clean, newly remodeled, quiet area. Beach within walking distance, but like most things on the big island, requires 1-2 hour drive to do most activities. Sandy beaches to the north. Hapuna good for kids and boogie boarding, Kekaha Kai good for snorkeling and beach combing, and turtles haul out. Great condo for families

Great Kona Stay

Bright, clean and fully stocked!

We have stayed at 5 different condos on the Big Island and this was the best stocked (kitchen supplies, beach supplies) and had an amazing lanai. Big windows brought in oodles of light. Bed was very comfortable. Also had a great garborator, which meant we could put most of our fruit and veggie peels down the drain instead of into the land fill. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family destination for a low key no fuss vacation.

Overall, we found our stay to be incredibly comfortable, and all amenities were appropriately appointed communication with our host was easy and quick. The community was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend booking this property for a fantastic family vacation. Host was extremely easy to get in touch with and was amenable to all of our requests. I.e. a new boogie board for the unit and a later check out time. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place

This was a last-minute booking, and I’m so glad we did it. Our other location did not work out, and this place was able to accommodate us on the last minute. This was a beautiful place to stay. We loved the community. We love that it was gated and had a pool for our little one to play in. We’re able to walk and see the sunrise in the mornings. My favorite feature was the back patio in the mornings for coffee and breakfast. We would stay there again

Perfect Kona area condo!

My family & I loved this condo for our visit in March. The Big Island is BIG, but this location was conveniently located for all of our Kona side adventures. The gardens are AMAZING, the large lanai is DIVINE, the interior super clean & exactly as pictured, and the lack of a/c was not a problem. There were occasional footsteps heard above, but that is condo life & it was very reasonable. Don’t hesitate to stay at this condo in paradise!
