Above & Beyond is a dream getaway for beach lovers! This custom home is designed for relaxation & enjoyment w/ stunning Pacific Ocean views from every window! It is clean, comfy & cozy w/ many different many gathering spaces. Entry level, has living & dining rooms flat screen w/cozy gas/log fireplace. The galley kitchen is well appointed, the chef in your group will love it! The outdoor spaces are equally amazing. The downstairs offers a family room area w/ another cozy gas/fireplace, a hot tub & more wonderful verandas for viewing the ocean!

Dog Friendly: Enclosed dog run area off of the courtyard - 2 Dog Maximum - $100 Dog Fee per pup. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors (except in enclosed courtyard and dog run area) Dog may not be left alone in the house or yard

- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home. Outdoor smoking is restricted to paved surfaces only
