Just steps from state-preserved coastline, this contemporary and restful three-story house is a short walk to Cambria’s best attractions: Fiscallini Ranch, Shamel Park/Pool, sandy beaches, tide pools, and quaint shopping. Three stories high, the top floor living area boasts MAGNIFICENT VIEWS, which are accessible to all by ELEVATOR or stairs. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and BBQ on the upper deck, or soak up morning sun on the master bedroom’s private deck. High speed WIRELESS INTERNET. This home is not pet allergy free.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

The location and house were amazing, The check in process is a little clunky as you have to pick up and drop off a key, but they are very nice. The views from the house were great and it's a great community. Would definitely go back.

The "Elevation" property was a perfect home for our group. We were 6 gals getting away to enjoy the sea, a quaint, quiet town, and hours of card playing. This home has beautiful ocean views and is centrally located to town, to beach combing, a quick coastal drive to see the elephant seals,etc.Of course, there is always a small thing or two you might change about a home IF you owned it and lived in it full time, but this home was well stocked, clean, and had plenty of comfy seating where you can enjoy listening to the crashing waves. The neighborhood is well kept and inviting as well.Additionally, the Breen management team was very responsive and made the process seamless. I always appreciate that! Thank you!Pam

Magnificent ocean adjacent home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 story home provided for a very relaxing get-away. Although it is 3 stories, the elevator makes the stairs unnecessary. We spent most of our time on the expansive living space on the top floor, where a wall of windows affords an amazing view of the waves. We enjoyed sea breezes from the deck. The second floor has two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of which were well-furnished. We didn’t use the first floor bedroom. The neighborhood is very quiet with minimal car traffic. We saw deer grazing on our late afternoon walks. My only criticism is that none of the windows on the top floor open, making it hard to hear the waves, which you can do from the decks (two on the top floor, one off a second floor bedroom). Breen Vacation Station is always a pleasure to deal with; this is our third or fourth rental and we no doubt will use them again.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer view

Stayed the weekend for a graduation. This home was lovely and had the most gorgeous views. The layout was perfect for our family to gather and have some wonderful dinners and evening hangouts. I also enjoyed some lovely tranquil mornings here. I will definitely stay here again!

Great view

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms good. Air flow at home needs some improvement at some time in future when windows are replaced. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need.

Great location with views and sounds of the ocean.

Would rent again. Highly recommended. We had a great stay. In sleep like a baby there with the windows and doors open listening to the sound of the waves.

Relaxing Stay Next To Ocean

We had a lovely stay to go to Hearst. The multiple picture windows in the living room give a great view of the ocean, crack the balcony door for some air and ocean waves. Comfortable furniture and kitchen essentials. Would stay again for sure.

Great Weekend

Elevations is a wonderful, cozy home. It had everything you may need. Just add food and your personal belongings and you have a great get-away!

Beach house

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect getaway for weekend. Would have rated a 5 but there was a smell on third floor that was unpleasant.
